This means she was approved to attend her mothers funeral..Family members can pick her up..She will have time to travel there and back,and about 2 hours for the funeral..

I'm thinking she was granted permission to attend her mother's funeral.JMHO

Thanks Nurse - I found the obit a minute ago - sorta figured that might be the reason - thanks for confirming. :D

Nothing official but reports were that she was "out" the night before and & a "roommate" found her unresponsive and called 911
 
It's interesting to me that Ron and Tommy are both in prisons ("Correctional Institutions" as Fla calls them) located in the Panhandle, 4 1/2 hrs from Satsuma, so visits from family are probably infrequent... could this have been orchestrated by LE to isolate and perhaps weaken them to get info? Also interesting that Misty is only an hour from Satsuma investigators. There are 56 male & 6 female prisons in Fla so their assignments could just be a coincidence but who knows; I find their locations to be very curious. At any rate someone needs to crack, hopefully isolation and unpleasant prison life will make one of them flip. moo

According to the FL DOC site Hank was sentenced to 18 mos. community supervision aka probation on 3/10/2011 for the cocaine possession charge.

Looks as though Tommy has withdrawn his appeal.

It was untimely filed and he made a request to file belated appeal. The court ordered Werter to respond to Tommy's claim that he had requested Werter to file a timely appeal. Werter may have responded that Tommy did not make such a request, and that may be the reason why the appeal has now been withdrawn. I say MAY BE, since I am only guessing based on the limited information provided.

If all Tommy is appealing is his original judgment and sentence, he has withdrawn that. But, if this appeal included Putnam's denial of his Motion to Reduce Sentence, that part might not be withdrawn, as that part of the appeal was timely, I believe. This is all JMO, though.

Probably to be able to visit Misty. She's in Ocala which is in Marion County. It's just south of Putnam.
 
He may have obtained a job in Marion Co.
I hope he did and things go well for him.
It is closer to Ocala where Misty is in prison, not sure about the rules if he is allowed to visit her or not since he is on probation.
