What amazed me the most about Kio Marie(and her mother) and their suggestion, was that it was a suggestion at all. Why not, "Casey wouldn't kill her baby!" Or, "what!? I would have no idea what happened or where Caylee can be..." But no, they went straight to thinking about where they think she would put Caylee.

Even if Kio did know that Casey had not wanted the baby, had wanted to put Caylee up for adoption-why would you accept and go so easily to the idea that Casey had killled her daughter and have instant suggestions as to where that might be? I think that shows how much people really did have Casey's number.

Remember, the child had not been seen for 31 days. It is not really an idea that everyone went to so easily. It has been 31 days. The baby is gone and KC did not report it. What is one to think? Most likely the child is dead, HOWEVER, she is given the benefit and what does she do? She lies.

Regarding MH.
He's known KC since 2001, spend significant time with her & Caylee after Iraq deployment in late 2007, going on friend dates. Yet, GA, demands to know who he is and how he knows KC when he calls the A home after her first arrest.

Another example of how KC kept all her friends boxed in. Better to spin her lies.

So Casey was on MySpace having a neat old time in September. I'm confused...wasn't Padilla the one who arranged for her release? I know he's a bit of an a$$, but seriously...you would think she'd be a bit more grateful. I'm not sure if I'm getting the full pic with what I read here. Casey claimed to be staying away from the house...that we know...but she claims she was staying with Caylee for weeks at a time at Tony's? Starting when? I didn't think their relationship lasted that long (not even 2 months). Was she including time spent at Ricardo's? I think she was.

So no one would officially go on record so they couldn't charge anybody with misrepresentation is what I gathered from it.

There was discussion about a GC...one being an attorney...another being a PI...I take it that this must be a DT PI.

The Richard Duncan (inmate) claiming he had some info on the murder was irrelevant. He didn't, b/c ICA was incarcerated at the time he claimed to have seen her. Nothing else checked out either, so if you're choosing which ones to read first, skip that one

The PI's had "helpers" but unless their "helpers" had their own PI license they should not have been saying they were investigators. These PI's are going down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now that the complainants names have been made public I would bet they'll go ahead and file official complaints. This PI behavior needs to stop.
