I just emailed Mr. Warner to let him know this case would be gaining national interest and that it would behoove them to get some movement going. I will also contact the others on the list. If folks from all over the US are letting them know this is on our radar, maybe their own CYA mentality will kick in and they will be shamed into taking definitive action. I don't know why I felt nervous contacting him but I did it anyway. I let him know that he should take notice of the Caylee case if he wants to get a glimpse into what the public can and will do to see justice is served. Blessings to all-

I just had another thought. Is it not a fact that this child was in a house with the three adults named? Why doesn't LE charge all three of them? They are either guilty of murder or concealing evidence. It all three were arrested, I bet they would talk. Surely there is enough proof that Juliette was fatally injured while in the care of those three adults?

This is exactly what the argument is.

Sure, there is 3 people in the house. (Possibly 4 with a runaway teen there sometimes as well.)

But let's look at the probability... a friend is more likely to ignore a child or go wake up the "mother."


A BOYfriend or the "mother" is most likely to be the one to hurt the child.

Especially when that boyfriend has a violent history already.

Especially when the "mother" has taken a sleeping pill to go to sleep (or hasn't, which we will never known since they didn't drug test her.)


How about starting with the two most likely and work out from there?

OR just look at the fact that you have a "mother" with a child who was BEATEN to death... IN her house... while she was there...

That "mother" isn't fighting for justice.

WE are.

Whether that "mother" is a person of interest or not, that's a problem.

I hope I'm not asking questions that have already been answered and I apologize if I am.
Has the paternity test been done for Adrianna and if so what was the result?
Has there been in progress in getting custody of Adrianna or is it pending the paternity test?
When will Casey be back from Iraq?
Has anyone notified Child Protective Services in San Antonio, TX of the situation and requested they check in on Adrianna and Charyse Vardeman Geurts?

I have not heard if the paternity test has been done or the result if it has.

I believe custody is pending a paternity test.

Casey just left or will leave soon for his third tour in three years.

That definitely hasn't left a lot of time for court battles... I would guess his tours are probably 6 months... no more than 9 months since they can't be a year obviously. So I would HOPE he will be back around Christmas?

I feel safe in saying that the family has most certainly notified CPS in Texas. But I don't know that for a fact. I can't imagine "Auntie Monica" not doing so however.

We are a VERY patriotic family... my girls room is done in flags, by their choice.

This is not right and I will NOT stop screaming that until someone is arrested for brutally BEATING a 2 year old baby to death... leaving bruises around the neck of her twin sister and leaving that twin alone in this world.

I know that some here think that waiting until after Caylee receives justice might be the best route to blitz national media...but what about a "teaser" this weekend-Monday (July 4th). Something like (and feel free to use this exact phrase if you wish), "while you celebrate your freedom tonight remember this soldier fighting for it AND the justice denied his baby girl murdered three years ago..." emailing everyone we can. Maybe including the post I quoted below, and the facts?

Does anyone think this is a good idea?

Juliette's Daddy was serving our country when his baby girl was beaten to death.

I am still stunned that more people are not outraged that he is not getting justice.

That his little girls are not getting justice.

Juliette was born November 2, 2005.

She lived 32 months.

She died almost 36 months ago.

She has now been dead, longer than she lived.

On July 11 it will have been 3 years...

3 years without Justice.

3 years her sister has lived without her twin.

Juliette is another big eyed, beautiful 2 year old little girl who was brutally murdered in the summer of 2008.

There is a cause of death, a crime scene and people of interest.

Juliette did not get swift justice like Caylee.

Juliette did not have a Yuri and she does not have a Linda or Jeff.

She does not have coverage from Nancy, or Jane or anyone else. Not yet.

Instead she has a guy who has worked on "dozen's of dead babies."

Juliette died because her Daddy was serving our country.

Her Daddy is still serving our country.

Yet, our country cannot give Juliette and her Daddy justice.

What can you do to help her Daddy get justice for his baby girl, while he fights for you and your family??

This is truly a case where the justice system has failed this family.

I am not sure if you have listened to/watched the recent news follow up video.... if not, it is truly worth it.

The Assistant Attorney General/County Attorney is a real charmer. The family hopes that for Juliette's sake he will find justice for her. His response?

"Now don't give me that 'for Juliette,' do you know how many dead babies I've worked on?

I understand there is more than one suspect.
However, there are so many things that could have been done...rather than simply allowing them to move on with their lives.

This is a case where the suspects haven't been really questioned.
They are "waiting for a confession." That isn't how it works.


I think that those who are not prosecuting this case need to spend some time with Juliette's twin.
Mister "dozen's of dead babies" need to meet the twin of THIS dead baby.

According to the video you posted, the attorney that made the comment was the county attorney, Werner.

The person you want to get to is the states attorney general. (and or the govenor.) And I would make sure that a copy of the county attorney's comment went to him also. That video is gold as far as applying political pressure. As a matter of fact if he is Rep. you might want to make sure the Dems. county leaders get a copy of it. Or if he is Dem. give it to the Reps.

And I agree with another poster, also make contact with the local state reps and senators. Make sure they also get a copy of the father's letter too. Really emphasize why he cannot be there personally to make this push.

Was there a toxicology exam on autopsy. I would think there would be. But:

look up anticholinergic syndrome. It can cause an increased, temperature, and seizures. If Juliette was being sedated with Benadryl, and it doesn't always take ALOT in a small child, she could have had these symptoms, prompting the trip to the ER. The ER may have just assumed it was febrile seizures, when in fact it had been poisoning. I'm not sure, but I think these tests have to be done specifically for diphenydramine (Benadryl) at autopsy, so if they weren't specifically looking for it, it could have been missed . (Anyone with more infor on this, please correct me if wrong). If her abusers felt her behavior warranted punishment (abuse, and please don't take this to mean I agree with that, I don't even swat) they may have tried to sedate her as well. Find out about toxicology. Unfortunately I know first hand that Benadryl can kill a child. Not mine, but too close to home.

I don't know if this will be helpful, but I saw a program about a girl who was shot to death in a parking lot. There was a suspect, but no arrests. The family filed a lawsuit against either the suspect or LE (sorry can't remember which). The attorney deposed the suspect and invited a local reporter to the deposition. He then reported on the case. The suspect made a lot of incriminating statements. The lawsuit seemed to get the ball rolling and the suspect was finally arrested and convicted.
Just throwing out ideas to get this case out there.

You are probably talking about a wrongful death suit. It is a civil matter and is an excellent suggesstion.

The suit is filed against the suspect, and is separate from any criminal matter. Since there are three suspects, I don't know how that would affect a case, but is certainly worth checking out.

The Kathleen Savio case has a wrongful death suit filed in it. But they put it on hold because LE finally came up with charges against Drew Peterson.

Ok I found the case. The girls name was Michelle O'Keefe. Her parents filed suit against the suspect AND The City of Palmdale for wrongful death. The attorney also hired a P.I. who investigated the case as well. Michelle lived in CA and was murdered on 2/22/2000.

~Yes, you made a very substantial point that must be addressed by looking at the tox report in the medical records/autopsy...Its true that parents have utilized Benadryl for their "babysitter"/relief from dealing with their toddlers behavior and that is not rare, unfortunately. The administration of Benadryl is risky, of course, especially in large, frequent doses...

Her sister was removed from their mother's custody after Juliette was killed. However, NO ONE has been charged or even detained. Juliette's father was in basic training in the military when she was murdered. He is still in the military preparing for his 3rd tour of duty overseas. He is serving his country yet no one is serving him! He and his family have been trying for 3 years to find justice for Juliette with no response from the police or prosecutors. They will not even take the family's calls anymore.

PLEASE...can you help this family find justice? They need advice! They have come to Websleuths.com for help after nearly 3 years of not being able to advance their cause.

I remembered you because, before I moved 6 years ago, I got your newsletter and wrote letters to parole boards to keep murderers in prison. I thought that if anyone could help it would be your organization. I was very saddened to learn of Jane having passed. She was certainly an exceptional woman! The governor of Nebraska is Dave Heineman a Republican. He has been in office since 2005. He assumed office when the previous Governor became Secretary of Agriculture. He was elected to office in 2006 for a 4 year term and re-elected in 2010.

That was a beautiful letter and you are so right about Citizens Against Homicide. I just learned of Jane's death a few days ago and they are commited to carry on her work. They are to be commended for all they have done and continue to do!
