Brian Burner is not relevant! - (soz it's actually his testimony which is not relevant - 403 issue, blah, blah, blah) The shovel is not tied nor related to the incident, it's misleading. This part of proceedings shows that Lisabeth has trouble pronouncing "practicable, admissible and evidence" - she has this weird lip licking, tongue poking, gulping thing happening that I don't think is helping her client or her argument. Lisabeth also has this. weird. stucco. way. of. talking. that. puts. people. off. but. that. is. only. my. own. humble. opinion.
Obviously Baez couldn't be bothered with Burner and didn't care if someone else tried to burn him (no pun intended). It still sucks to be Baez. Why oh why, didn't he accuse Brian of trying to get on the nasty with Casey? Ahh, the lost opportunities.
