I would think that she would be in a private residence not a hotel. If she was in a hotel someone would have outted her by now.

You're right, Nova. Too hard to keep it secret from everyone in a hotel...., housekeeping, room service, etc. Someone would get money for outing her.

To add to my post above- I am not located in Palm Springs. I live in a little tourist town in the Eastern Sierra Mountains of California, a five and a half hour drive north of Palm Springs.

Anyway. Just wanted to make that clear...

I have no way to prove this, but... a guest at my hotel (I don't own the hotel, I just work there, lol) who lives in Palm Springs, told me two days ago that Casey is in Palm Springs- and, contrary to media reports, she is holed up at a private residence, not staying in a hotel.

I personally consider this man a fairly reliable source, and I've known him as an occasional guest for about three years. He claims to know the owner of the home she is staying at, but of course, he wouldn't share the name with me. He made the comment that it's "fast becoming Palm Springs worst kept secret". I should add, that he said he hasn't seen her himself.

I did give him my word I wouldn't tell anybody, but I don't think you guys count, right?

All I know is that the only time I ever went to Palm Springs I got the worst sunburn I've ever had in my entire life. I vowed never to return. So, she can just stay there in that hot hot sun all she wants as far as I'm concerned. :kimsterwink:

I was thinking she's probably hide quite well where I used to live (Pine Mountain, CA). Just a couple hours outside of Los Angeles, and a very small population w/no street lights, a small corner store. No one would ever find her up there.

I was up there for almost a year, and it was so nice. But I went koo-koo because there's no one to play with, and no shops, etc. Had to go to Valencia or Bakersfield for everything. But it was great for my son!

I'm not sure why her handlers would put her in a populated city - makes no sense.

My Name is Amity Nobody.

Seriously, I can't for the life of me think that a 25 yr. old would enjoy being in that area for very long.
If they have lived there or have friends there, then yea, I guess it would be OK.

We have friends that have a condo directly ON the golf course
We were invited to stay there hundreds of times while my kids were growing up.
Let's see...... there is the community pool at the condo, there's a couple pizza places where the younger crowd hangs out but unless you Love Golf, I just can't see a 25 yr. old not becoming totally bored out of her mind.

When my kids were young, they loved chasing the ducts on the green and practically living in the community pool but by the time they were teens they were looking for all kinds of excuses not to go with us for the weekend.

Of course, if you are a die-hard shopaholic with unlimited funds, then that area is a Mecca, it's Heaven-like.

Oh, and there's the casinos.
