Hi Mom hi Dad. Hey I just killed Michelle can you give me a ride back to the Hummer so I can dispose of her body and the car? So he either has a body in his truck or she's at his house in the Hummer?

Could very well be. But more like, "Oh man, Dad, I am in big trouble. I just screwed up very badly. You've got to help me!"

Have you seen his father? The bizarre, childish faces he made to the camera after court? The nasty, angry attitude? If that was me, I would be more saddened and horrified about what happened to my former daughter in law and what is happening to my son than frustrated with a swarm of photographers. And even if I lashed out at them, I wouldn't do so via odd facial expressions. Those expressions are very telling, IMO.

A domestic abuser or violent person isn't usually just created from thin air. Spoiled, entitled brats who are not taught to control their tempers, to think of others, to delay gratification, along with parents who display violent or ugly conduct towards others, a disdain for others' rights, a disdain for women, and a carefully fostered belief that the brat is perfect and can do no wrong, that's usually how such monsters are created.

I'm not sure how many of these sordid cases you may have followed but there have been several in which enabling parents or other family members hide evidence, lie for their kids or worse. casey anthony's parents did this, scott peterson's parents as well, it appears that drew peterson's adult son may have, and josh powell's dad, jerice hunter's mother, etc., etc.

There are families who believe family solidarity is of utmost importance, even when it means covering for a murdering or molesting child. What I have seen of Dale's father indicates that his may just be one of those families.

True but he still needs someone to help him or he drove his truck back to get the hummer all with no one seeing him. Then he had to walk back to get his truck at his condo so he could go back to his parents. I'm really trying hard to put Dale in this.

I don't see why this is so hard, really. First of all, we don't know that no one saw his car driving around, or the hummer driving around. The windows were tinted in that hummer, so it could be hard to determine who is driving. And maybe people saw those vehicles at a time that Dale could have been driving back and forth, but it didn't register as important to them so they didn't store that memory away.

Second, he calls dad, after stuffing Michelle away somewhere, lets dad know what's happened and dad helps him come up with a plan and helps him execute it. Kids are dropped off (or not), Dale is driven back to the house or dad goes back, one of them moves the hummer when the coast seems clear and one of the two picks the other one back up at a certain point. Same goes for disposing of Michelle.

There are so many possibilities and none of them seem close to impossible to me.

Again, there was a reason LE stormed Dale Sr.s house in storm trooper fashion. That indicates they believe he knows something. LE has the phone records, we don't. But I expect there was a flurry of calls between Dale and his dad during the crucial time period.

And I think, in observing father and son, that Dale wouldn't hesitate telling Daddy what he did and seeking help. Dale didn't become who he is without help, IMO.

I guess I expected a whole lot to be coming out after they found so much info on her phone. If they indeed could have tracked her whereabouts via gps I would have expected more searches. Perhaps the phone didn't show so much? Or perhaps the phone didn't show any remote locations? Maybe they are doing a little more fine tuned searches in town? I've virtually heard nothing all week. I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing.

Can LE subpoena the judge from PC? And if so, did they?
I would be interested in hearing her version of events!

So because Dale's father makes funny faces means he is likey to be an accomplice to murder ?

A domestic abuser or violent person isn't usually just created from thin air. Spoiled, entitled brats who are not taught to control their tempers, to think of others, to delay gratification, along with parents who display violent or ugly conduct towards others, a disdain for others' rights, a disdain for women, and a carefully fostered belief that the brat is perfect and can do no wrong, that's usually how such monsters are created.

There are plenty of killers who are born that way or how ever you want to define it that come from loving stable homes and the opposite. My good friend's father was an alcoholic and abuser and he is the complete opposite. Would never hurt a fly and one the nicest guys you would ever meet. You just never know who will turn out what way.

I have yet to see one good scenario that puts Dale in the middle of this as far as the time frame. Lots of guessing and speculation which is fine since it all helps in the end, but nothing yet that is concret IMO.

Again, there was a reason LE stormed Dale Sr.s house in storm trooper fashion. That indicates they believe he knows something. LE has the phone records, we don't. But I expect there was a flurry of calls between Dale and his dad during the crucial time period.

As of yet we do NOT know of any good reason and I am of the opinion and have been from day one that they had no good reason. Although I will say I'm glad they did cause you never know.

And I think, in observing father and son, that Dale wouldn't hesitate telling Daddy what he did and seeking help. Dale didn't become who he is without help, IMO.

Just some thoughts.

Neighbors say SWAT teams tear-gassed a home, where Parker's ex-boyfriend stays, and went inside...Police only said they are searching for "a piece of the puzzle" on where they might find her. Parker's brother, Dustin Erickson, said whatever police were looking for at the house, they did not find it. "They had reason to search the house. They searched the house, they didn't come up with what they were looking for," Erickson said. "The SWAT team was there, They had dogs there and they didn't come up with nothing."

Another story said there were crime scene investigators, etc.

Thank you for this! I've asked often if they used dogs and here's my answer. I would assume if they used dogs at his father's they used them at his house and in all vehicles.

He's such a special piece of work isn't he???:banghead:

I think that wannabe Marine thing is alot like the goofy dressing up Star Wars thing. Please note MOO!

My ex always alluded to his 'bad *advertiser censored*' past in the 'Corps' and said it wasn't something he was comfortable discussing so I never pressed it. He had a USMC tattoo for God's sake!

After about 5 years of marriage, I made an off hand comment to his brother about my ex's time in the USMC and he about fell over! WHAAAAAT?

It was all some stupid lie he made up to seem 'awesome'. And he did alot to perpetuate the lie.

Aaaaand he also LOVED those sci fi conventions and would have kept getting dressed up and going to them had I not finally put my foot down and made paying our bills and parenting the priority.

Please understand this is MY experience and MOO but Dale maybe isn't a murderer although I believe he is, but his Marine :decal and Star Wars fetish are creepy and loser-y. Again, my own opinion but I think it's a sign of immaturity and dishonesty. I lived with it. And his ego and image seem to matter WAY too much to him.

The Consequences of a Dishonorable Discharge in the Military
By Joshua Benjamin, eHow Contributor

Dishonorable discharge from the military is a serious matter with far-reaching consequences. Being dishonorably discharged from any branch of the armed forces is the rough equivalent of being convicted of a felony in civilian courts. A dishonorable discharge can be handed down only by the decision of a military court martial process, and even then only for serious infractions or reprehensible actions such as sexual assault, desertion or murder. Typically, these types of infractions result in additional sentencing--such as jail time or similar punishments--being meted out alongside the dishonorable discharge. A soldier who has been dishonorably discharged will also face a large variety of additional consequences once he returns to civilian life.

Loss of Military BenefitsA soldier who has been dishonorably discharged from the military forfeits his right to any benefits he might have had access to upon his return to civilian life. This can include the loss of medical insurance, GI bills and college pay. In addition, the soldier loses the right to the status of "veteran" in accordance with United States Code, which defines a veteran as any member of the active armed forces who has not been given a dishonorable discharge. This also prevents the dischargee from gaining any nonmilitary veterans benefits, such as preferential consideration on university entrance exams and job applications. Any form of government aid is withheld from a soldier who was dishonorably discharged.

Loss of Certain Freedoms
In addition to losing his veterans benefits, the dishonorable dischargee will be unable to apply for unemployment benefits upon entering into civilian life. More than likely the dischargee will also lose the ability to apply for bank loans and will be barred from serving in any level of government service--especially those of the armed forces. If the soldier was discharged because of a felony conviction, he also loses the right to vote and the ability to hold public office, and will be unable to sit on a jury for an extended period of time. The dischargee is also barred from purchasing or owning any sort of firearm under Title 18 of the United States Code.

Sentencing
Dishonorable discharges are rarely meted out as stand-alone punishments. Because the soldier must do something truly reprehensible in the eyes of the military before she is considered for a dishonorable discharge, additional punishments will usually accompany the discharge. These consequences are many and varied, and are decided by the presiding officer at the general court-martial once the guilt of the soldier has been determined--the proceedings essentially mirror those of civilian courts, only all the participants are active military personnel.

The Unquantifiable
Because a soldier who has been dishonorably discharged is essentially a convicted felon, he faces the same difficulties that a felon might in his daily life. Finding a job will be difficult, any relationships he had will suffer, and possibly his own psyche will be greatly damaged by the event. Beyond what has been listed in the preceding sections, there can be any number of consequences unique to each individual. Suffice it to say that a dishonorable discharge is not something to be taken lightly and will affect nearly every facet of a soldier's life.

My opinion is, I dont think he cares about any of these consequences, he was old enough to know back then that what he did would end up with a dishonorable discharge. Hes probably one of those that will use " his own psyche will be greatly damaged by the event" as a defense if he "ever" gets charged. Next thing we know he'll be suing the Marine Corps because "they " damaged him. :furious:

I just for the first time watched the whole episode.

What was your impression of the show? Just curious.

The way this was edited made them both look like a couple of idiots. This reminded me of a high school relationship - not people in 30s/40s. Real immature . *Did this set him off? *I am still not convinced this wasn't premeditated. *Michelle arrives at 3:18. *Let's say he kills her within first 12 minutes. That is 3:30. *He only has an hour to figure out what to do. If he calls *dad or someone- *phone record. *I believe someone was there with him to help.

Without a plan how does he pull off a perfect murder - no witnesses, no DNA, no body, no sign of a crime. *It is almost flawless.

Now If he also established witnesses other than his parents of a 4:30 arrival at his parent's house he establishes a pretty solid alibi. *He the n has parents backing him that he was there 4:30-10:30. He has a Facebook post of police with him at 11:00. This is way too complex to have been put together IMO without advanced planning. *If he gets caught he has murder one in my book.

Any other thoughts on this timeline?

I firmly believe the phone was used for two main *purposes:

*1. To track how concerned Michelle's family was and if need be buy time (text at 4:26)

2. To throw off police trail. Run a distraction route that never leads to the body.

If I am wrong on #2 Dale is much more stupid than he looks... No criminal lets the phone gps lead the police to the body, but stranger things have happened I guess.

Pias, it is interesting that you mentioned E. Colonial Dr./Hwy. 50 as a place to search for remains, because for the past couple of weeks or so, I keep coming back to that route in my mind, although you are more focused on Christmas, and I don't have a specific area in mind along 50. I just keep thinking of that route.

There is no supernatural component to my thoughts on this. I think part of the reason I keep coming back to that route is that way back when I grew up there, we always took 50 to the coast when we were going to the beach. Even after the beeline was built, we still took 50 because it was more interesting to us. The beeline was too straight and monotonous.

Of course, I know 50 has changed a lot since those days. Back then, it was just a two lane road.

Well I have some updated information. Back on December 4th when i went to take pictures of DS Jr Condo to confirm the location, I did not see any flyer within this condo complex. I now know why - Enroute to my many travels today I could not help but stop back by this complex to get an updated perspective. I stopped and talked to a lady who was walking her dog and I asked her if this was the neighborhood where MP was last seen. She of course responed, "Yes" so I asked her why would there not be any signs or posters? She kindly told me that there had been an official notice sent throught the mail and that there is information posted in the office and post box area along with detectives speaking to homeowners. She also told me that the entrance/exit did have MP's vehicle on video and that there was not decals on her vehicle when departing this condo complex. LE does know the exact time MP did in fact leave that complex. We had a really good conversation and she knew alot about the incident along with DS Jr.location. During the first week after November the 17th, LE did indeed check the woods and surrounding area in close proximity to DS Jr. condo - (I also witnessed this happening) horseback and all.

Another important thing to note is that when MP's hummer was found we all know this would have been relayed to the news media and there is no footage of this vehicle in tow. This just goes to prove LE is keeping this close to the vest and the media is in full compliance. It was not that long ago Central Florida learned its lesson with the CA Case......

One final note: DS Jr. driveway still had a white van, gold impala (damaged trunk) and the little white Ford P/U parked off the street. I took so more photos if anyone cares to view.... Also Oakridge Road at 6:00 P.M is a dark road and not so easy to see what type of vehicle is traveling on it unless you are either right beside or behind. I was Xmas shopping at Bass Pro Shop which is right off Oakridge/International Dr.

Hope everyone has a wonderful night and I hope and pray we can soon bring MP home.

IMO LE knows what they need to know and are just building this case to where it needs to be. The reason they are not releasing info to the public is to secure a conviction. The know who the perp is and it is just dotting all the i's and Crossing all the T's.

BTW the raw video a couple of pages back - Dale sure knew how to keep his face from being viewed on camera. I bet he did the same thing in MP's Hummer by putting the visor down...... I just would not even think of putting my visor down when approached by a camera I would want to see where I am going DS Jr. is obviously a pro at hiding behind things.... IMO Snake in the Grass.....

Struck a nerve with me too. I grew up off of E 50 and we always went to Cocoa Beach this way........right through Titusville. I found myself looking up places of interest in the area. Still not a lot there for sure.

LE has reported that the Hummer leaving on the video at 16:40 belongs to a neighbor on the street, not MP. Is the other departing vehicle a Hummer, and does it belong to MP or to yet another neighbor? Provisional Comments: Hummer leaving at 16:40 appears to be a dark grey color (provided bynotmissing, 12/04) Black SUV leaving at 17:17 has a license plate centered on the back, which is different license plate placement than MP’s Hummer, which is left rear (provided by SmoothOperator, 12/6) Photos of 08 Hummers confirm the plates to be on the left rear. MP’s Hummer is thought to be an 08. (provided by taagean & SmoothOperator 12/6)
  62. Activities, times, and other details, including calls and texts, demeanor, conversation topics, etc., of MP’s day on 11/17, beginning when she arises and ending with 3:18 PM arrival at DS II’s condo. She also told me that the entrance/exit did have MP's vehicle on video and that there was not decals on her vehicle when departing this condo complex. LE does know the exact time MP did in fact leave that complex. .....

Are you saying Michelle left the complex (on video) or just her vehicle without knowing who was driving? I'm confused...

I agree with you on both points regarding the phone Jazzmaster. I've thought since very early on that DS2 killed Michelle in a fit of rage and that he enlisted the help of DS1 to help him out after the fact. Nothing I've read since then has changed my mind about that.

Considering that the phone was found in water and the rumour that DS1 may have had his boat out the next day, I don't think either of them are stupid and are quite familiar with how to hide a body and try to throw LE off the trail. So because of those two things leading to a possible water disposal, I think it's possible they were both deliberate attempts to make LE believe that she was placed in water. I bet if they ever find the keys, they would be found in water too.

MOO

Struck a nerve with me too. I grew up off of E 50 and we always went to Cocoa Beach this way........right through Titusville. I found myself looking up places of interest in the area. Still not a lot there for sure.

I grew up off E 50 too!

Alwayswright: 1st, you are awesome! Thank you! 2nd, did you notice cameras at the gated entrances/exits?
