This thread needs to remain FACT BASED and POSITIVE.

It is a sleuthing thread. I would suggest starting off this thread by providing links to transcripts. Links must be provided to anything claimed as a fact. You can post short snippets of transcripts as long as you provide a link.

NO NAMES or other identifying personal info can be posted. Use acronyms or initials, please.

THIS IS NOT A THREAD FOR BASHING ANYONE.

IT IS NOT A VENTING THREAD.

It is up to you guys to post respectfully and responsibly. If it turns into a venting thread, it will be closed swiftly.

Please, if anyone has a link to the scheduled time or time of arrival to JP's house with the children for their supervised visit..

Bessie, can you please repost the time the first call to 911 was placed by the SW?

Emergency call logs show that nearly eight minutes elapsed between when a caseworker called 911 to report that Josh Powell's children were in danger and when sheriff's deputies were dispatched, and it took another 14 minutes for a deputy to get to the home.

The Associated Press obtained the logs Wednesday night under a public records request.

The children arrived at about noon. The first 911 call came in at 12:13.

About noon Sunday, Troyer said, the caseworker, a state contract worker from Foster Care Resource Network, brought the boys for a scheduled visit to Powell's house...

Attorney Jeffrey Bassett said the email arrived at 12:05 p.m. Sunday, but he didn't see it until two hours later, when others informed him of the fire...

The first 911 call was at 12:13 p.m., followed by other calls...

From what I can tell, the first calls after the fire started were from neighbors who heard "explosions". The calls were coming in at the same time that the caseworker was placing the second call. But I haven't seen a report of the exact time the first rescuers arrived on the scene.

This is the 13:49 minute dispatch audio:

So is it safe to assume that at least 10 mins transpired between the time the boys were locked inside until the first call made it to 911?

Emm, sorry. That didn't quote right. The time difference is 3 hours, Paige. 12:30 pst is 3:30 est.

When the boys arrived at Powell’s home with a caseworker for the scheduled Sunday visit at 12:30 p.m. PST, they ran inside their father’s Graham-area rental home. Powell then locked out the caseworker, who pounded on the door and called 911, Troyer said"

What's the time difference between 12:30 PST and EST?

The time is misstated in this article. The 911 call came in at 12:13. All other articles say the boys arrived "about noon". Also, the e-mails went out at about 12:05. I think that was timed to happen after the plan was put in action.

And i think i recall reading that she arrived a few minutes late with the boys? Off to find article and link!

Not that I've seen, Beach, and I've been trying to work this out for three days now. With all of the information released thus far, we're still not provided with the actual log times.

ETA: We know only that the caseworker's first call lasted 6:49 minutes, and the second is 3:27 on the tape.

SW called her supervisor before 911. Don't know the time.

Call log shows SW call was received at 12:08.
It took her two minutes into the call to find the address.
At 12:16 dispatcher contacted Two deputies
At 12:30 deputies arrive on site.

Off to look for time fire started.
