I don't get it, how can he keep being arrested and bailed out! Who is bailing him out? His bail needs to be much higher! This is just not right, who is protecting the victims? Sounds to me like nobody!

Mobile Police tell FOX10 News they believe the assault happened three years ago. At the time, the alleged victim was under the age of 16.

Is this another coincidence? Wouldnt BW have been under sixteen at that time? My spidey senses tell me that this creep has a whole hell of alot to do with BW missing. IMO the four (at least) of them know.. One is dead. Wasnt it established that DK lived really close to where BW left from Chessies house? Who says DH is the one that gave her a ride? MWK? WWH? Donnie sure isnt here to tell anyone.

Looks like LE is circling their wagons... I hope they are all squirming in their boots. Wonder what lengths DK would have gone to in order to keep his name out of the investigation into DH? These twins take "stand by your man" to a whole new level. I hope both are eventually charged as well. They knew. They know.

Do we know what kind of vehicle DK drives? Didn't we hear early on that there was a rumor that BW was seen getting into a white vehicle with 2 men in it?

I wonder if he will be bailed out again? Someone is putting up a lot of money for him!

"Dustin Alton Kent was charged with first-degree rape and first-degree sodomy in a Mobile County case and was booked without bail in Mobile County Metro Jail, according to jail records. Kent had been previously charged in Baldwin County with sodomy and sexual abuse, according to Press-Register archives."

Good Lord! What was this family up to?
It seems like there must be more than one victim. Probably over a period of time. The children in this family had to have been living in hell. Who could they turn to when all the men in the family are predators? And these latest charges are not for incest. No one was safe around them.

With the confusion of the threads, the characters, the lies, the truths, the scenarios, possibilities & theories, etc…now I will ad confusion of the counties to my list!

Can someone help me with this…
So Baldwin County is the original county of the 5 arrests…they were the ones stating that BW was not connected to their case.

Mobile County is now added to DK's list and thankfully being held without bond!!!
Since Mobile County is in charge of investigating BW's disappearance, IF BW was a victim of his, could there now be a "connection" between BW missing and DK's charges?…if so would they say? (fingers crossed!)

with the sex crimes and BW's case now in the same Mobile Co. jurisdiction, I am hopeful that now the 2 cases can be investigated as being connected.

am not sure I expressed what I'm thinking or what my question is very clear….probably because I'm confused!!!

I want to believe BW just took off, for whatever reason it might have been. However, why would she take off without her gun? Why would DH or anyone else send her away to hide without the extra protection of her gun? That make absolutely no sense to me. Nonsensical.

My best guess is that the al.com poster (ahem...troll...cough) was lurking here and was attempting (poorly) to discredit Zeaux for providing helpful information.

I think Zeaux was pretty clear about his/her position and reasons for no longer contributing here.

To be perfectly honest, their reason(s) are quite similar to my own decision to not post here unless there is VERY good reason. This latest pot-stirring event on al.com was reason enough to try to prevent a derailing from happening here.

I'm going back to lurking now... and banging my head against the wall at the complete lack of morals, integrity and apparent disregard for justice that was evident in today's bond hearing...

And taking an antiemetic to counteract the nausea from the astronomical amount of funds being paid to a high priced attorney (a former Baldwin County sex crimes prosecutor) as well as bail...

A fraction of those amounts could have made a significant impact with the effort to find Brittney if they had been donated to the search or reward accounts.

Here is to hoping Karma is driving a gigantic bus straight at the perps, their conspirators and their wealthy benefactors.
