If it's true that he took her body back to the house with him, it may be that he did remove her remains while he cleaned the truck and that is just not detailed in the document available to us. I think a lot of what he probably told LE is not included -- just the basic sequence of events, enough to "prove" him guilty of what he was charged with. I imagine there is another, more complete record of what all he said somewhere -- whether it or part of it will ever be made public, I don't know.

I asked these same questions days ago without much response from anyone. But remember when LE searched BSL's trailer and said it was a major crime scene (I think those were the words used) and no one could figure out why? It's very possible he brought her inside or laid her on the ground somewhere by the trailer while he attempted to clean his truck. Many people on here don't think he brought Mickey to his trailer and took her out of the truck, but I think that's the only way it could be considered a crime scene.

If the pics were like it was mentioned way back that he took them of his bloodied body, wouldn't someone be able to tell if he was at his trailer when he took them by seeing what was in the background? If he did take the pics at the trailer then it would not have made sense to LE or anyone else that he got attacked in NOLA but was still bloodied up when he returned home, which I seriously doubt.

The documents also said he got rid of the clothes he was wearing (I think) before going get medical treatment. I wonder if he went to the hospital without a shirt on because how would a shirt not be cut up after getting stabbed. Unless he told them that he just happened to have another shirt in his truck to put on.

I guess all of this is really not important because all of the major details have been released, but I'm just curious.

It's a moot point, but had someone pointed out LE said there were pieces of skirting missing from BL's trailer. After cleaning his truck he needed something to lay his victim on inside his truck. Probably didn't want to go to Wally to get a tarp; all cut up and bleeding.

I find myself wondering if that was the intention when BSL reached the cane field -- he'd intended on doing what he originally wanted, and she realized it, so stabbed him again. Or, perhaps, she thought that was what he had in mind?

A little tiny voice in my head says "if only she'd continued to play dead, maybe he'd have left her in the field and she could have escaped," even though I know that's horribly unlikely. I don't for a minute believe that he told the whole truth, that he left out his motives or actions or words to make it appear more self-serving, but this is something I wish I knew for certain.

Is anyone else here planning on going to the memorial service for the public? I'd love to not go alone if I can help it.

I'll definitely be going . Just waiting to hear when and where.

Ok, I have one question and I know it's delayed, quite a bit, but I just read the statement in support of the plea agreement again and I can't get this outta my head...

He attempted to clean out his z71.... How did he clean out his truck with her body still in it...??? It doesn't say he moved her from the truck when he got home.... Wouldn't that be significant?

IIRC she told LE about the DL, scratches and the fact that his white truck had been stolen.

That's what I remember as for the salesperson. Right around the time Mickey's bike was found, Adam was contacting LE about BSL and his injuries, his stories, his temp tags and what not.

Correct, it would be the full document. Paperwork actually filed with the Court always tends to be a bit more generic in nature and, as we saw in this instance, the testimony is more specific. As you said earlier, I suspect the information actually provided to LE had even more details that were not discussed at the hearing. It was only necessary that BSL testify about enough of the facts to support each element of the charges so that the Judge could accept the guilty plea.

I imagine that truck was torn up pretty bad inside. If they were fighting for the knife, there was probably damage to the interior, not to mention the amount of blood, etc that would have been there. I doubt there was really anyway to clean it up.

I'm not so sure. Rape is a crime of power and control, not necessarily of sex. If Micky did indeed stab him again at the cane field and he shot her, I think that was his final show of power and punishment to her. I think he had a severed tendon or two in his hand and he was in pain and bleeding a lot. He had his power-in this case he didn't need to use a forced sexual act to gain it-he gained it using a gun.

He showed her- he had power over life and death.

And again, there is no mention of words exchanged between him and the victim. I have no doubt that he verbally abused her.

Looking ahead in the thread, I see someone found one post for you, but I'm thinking it may not be the one you remember.

I remember one that basically said "LE thinks the struggle happened in the truck on the way out of town". I'd say it would be considered a "rumor" post and it may have ended up being deleted, I'm not sure. If I get some time later, I'll make a try at finding it for you.

BSL, also cleaned the truck of blood & body fluids at his residence. Imo, he would have done this near his shed in the rear. The residue is prolly what attracted the vulchers/buzzards & may have convinced LPD of Mickeys demise.
The cadaver K9s would have indicated where he cleaned the truck..imo

Yes, I have been thinking that someone would want to get out a hose to hose down the particulate decayed matter.

I think buzzards (vultures) would be interested in the residue.

Sickening, but just think of all of the info. denied the public about what really happened.

Birds, and dogs don't make up stories like perps. They probably are the most objective witnesses.

Correct me if I am wrong, but the car salesperson's tip on June 14, 2012, clued LPD in of the burning of his truck in Texas, as well as his attempt to hide his RSO status...

I'm not sure as to the date of the car salesman. But I know I was following along on another site when a guy was talking about his sister in laws boyfriend and this was only 5 days after Mickey came up Missing. Nobody at that time knew of BSL. This is before BSL's name ever came out in the investigation. On 5-26 he told of the guy she was dating that was realeased in 08. Never talked about his truck at that time. This guy and his father in law and other family members had confronted the sister in law the night before on the 25th because they were concerned about her dating a T3 because she had a child. The guy had done enough investigating on his own to discover that BSL had a child that the mother had even changed the last name on the child after BSL was convicted of the other sex offender charges. He had called the detective and the Probation officer that handled BSL case back in 1999 to get information because of his concern of him dating a woman with a young child. And again he notified them as soon as they started putting out the DWT videos cause he wanted to let LE know BSL had a truck just like it. So I know for sure LE had been told of BSL DWT truck well in advance of June 14.
