HereIsMeAgain, I've contacted the MSM, and requested them to verify BS Lavergne's 2006-2008 info from the LA Dept of Corrections. I doubt if they are going to freely release this info due to the obvious political & legal ramification$, if unknown victims are discovered during the time BSL was on work release, the backlash and consequences could be very severe for those responsible for monitoring him. jmho.

Imo, the 2003 glowing letter written by the Prison Warden, due to BSL's effective rehab ruse was instrumental in his early work release privileges in 2006..

As was BSL's RSO status recently updated to include the injuries received by Mighty Mick on 05/19/2012. Although his quarterly RSO evaluation was conducted on 05/28/2012. BSL's RSO status info was ran, post July 05, 2012. The injuries were not included in the report at that time.
After researching missing persons investigations for years. One common denominator is that after an investigation is complete. Many agencies will later attempt to cover their tracks, imo.

I think BSL likes to put blame on everyone and everything but himself. Maybe he hates himself inside and doesn't want to face the truth. He doesn't want to admit that he is a sexial predator excuses excuses...he tried to remove his RSO...to save his butt....he probable knew LE would be checking on him...he needed a new truck to pretend it was the same one he burned..again..to save his butt...so to do that..he whited out his RSO status and bribed....everything to keep him safe . In 1999..it was her fault..she told me to come see her..and go through the window. But...she was blindfolded ..so she wouldn't know who did this..but she recognized his voice....if this was consensual...why do that? This guy has excuses for everything....i bet really in his mind this is everyones fault..but his....probably his sisters for not sticking up for him..probably Mickeys for hurting him...i think everything in his mind is NOT MY FAULT. I think he has gotten away with many terrible things inhis life and is use to never being blamed for anything. That sounds mote like he grew up spoiled and getting anything he wanted.

I think BSL felt entitled to getting away with things (to have special privileges) because he considered himself to be a Victim!

I do believe that BSL's biological mother giving him up for adoption as an infant, and then rejecting him during his teen years caused deep pain, sorrow and rage that has spilled over into the general population, unfortunately. Having said that...would I ever blame the biological mother...NO! The bad things that BSL have done are noone else's fault but his! There is no excuse to harm another except in the case of actual self-defense. Noone held a gun to BSL's head and made him commit the atrocities that he has against innocent victims. He certainly was/is capable of manipulating others, so why didn't he use some maniupulation on himself when he had illegal urges...don't know that there is any way to completely understand why people like BSL do the things they do, and, more importantly, how to stop them other than detection and subsequent incarceration for life.

I am right along with you but didn't want to start a flare up here. But yes, I have to wonder if he was suppressing some feelings brought on by the poor relationship with his mother.

Imo, BSL's deviant sexual behavior began during his teen years and escalated rapidly due to his pent up anger and acting out his violent sexual fantasies.

Fast forward to BSL's rape conviction & 10 year sentence on 02/2000. Rapists aren't thought of very highly by other prisoners.
BSL's extremly violent deviant sexual behavior would be more likely related to his possible sexual experiences while in prison, as well as his resentment of being wrongfully convicted by the Justice system, at least in his mind, imo.

Two week rotations offshore - did anything ever trigger him offshore? AFAIK, we haven't really heard from anyone that worked with him.....

BS may be giving us some insight into the workings of the prison system and also providing information regarding his knowledge of and contact with BSL, but IMO we need to be careful not to consider this information as fact. He is not MSM or LE or a verified insider. He is an author currently promoting his new book.

To say that BSL went to a halfway house in Broussard called Power House Compression Services is IMO inaccurate, and therefore hurts BS's credibilty.
