I just woke up and heard Vinnie Politan saying on TruTV that the closed evidentiary hearing on Thursday was about Jodi claiming to have walked in on Travis with pictures of little boys spread out all over the bed pleasing himself. Jodi is apparently claiming that was the first time Travis became violent with her.

Vinnie is also saying those transcripts have been released by the judge now! :what: OMG, are they going to let this into trial? Vinnie says there is no evidence to corroborate this accusation by Jodi, just her word, and we can't rely on her lying tongue!

Yes, it's true. That is going to be the bombshell today. But everyone already knows what she's going to say.

Judge said pros will have time to dispute it.

IMO she turned it upside down so no cameras could read the plate.

I want to say no because it seems risky to be interacting with the police right after a murder. I'd think she wouldn't want to draw attention to herself.

It comforts me knowing that Juan produced two experts at last weeks closed hearing who testified that there was no *advertiser censored* whatsoever on TAs computer and there never had been any that they could find. They also said there was no *advertiser censored* pictures discovered during a search of TAs house.

"Martinez claimed that Arias had alternately said that Alexander was viewing pictures on a computer and viewing printed photographs. Furthermore, he brought two Mesa police investigators to the witness stand to say that they had found no pornographic images of any kind on Alexander’s computer, nor had they found photographs in his house."

I know that fact will help his family get over this weeks testimony and Juan will hammer that home when he gets his hands on her.

The Dork guy (tech specialist) WILL be called again! I'm betting my boots he will have to testify to the fact that there was nothing found on TA's computer! It will seem like forever... but the wait will be worth it when Juan gets his turn! It will be EPIC!

Yeah like in the first version of this lie she claimed he was viewing them on his computer.

This 2.0 version came about after the first was proven to be false. No naked anything on Travis's computer!

Thanks for your answer......Just thinking out loud...isn't that like putting the buggy before the horse, having a will but no life insurance policy and did Travis have a life insurance policy, I have not heard of one.

I have a will, though few assets, mainly just to outline my wishes for my kiddos. There are heirlooms and keepsakes I wanted to address specifically, guardians to request, college funds to address, etc. I don't have life insurance either, fwiw, simply due to the cost. I lost both my parents before I was 30 so having my 'final wishes' spelled out became really important to me.

The story of TA masturbating to little boy pictures is a new high for absurdity. If TA were a pedophile or a closet homosexual there MOST CERTAINLY would have been pictures of naked boys on his computer or at the very least evidence that TA had “clicked” on boy *advertiser censored* sites. There is not a shred of evidence that TA was homosexual or a pedophile. It is also utterly incredulous for TA to print out discoverable pictures of “naked boys”. A pedophile would view online pictures or saved photos archived in a computer file – that can be LOCKED with a password.

Once a again this is a highly salacious story concocted by JA and defense team to assassinate the dead victim It is likely that most if not all of the detail of sexual activity between TA and JA is embellished or completely fabricated to fit the “battered woman “ definition. I will be surprised if any of this “sexual abuse or perversity” can be corroborated by a 3rd party. One would assume that the victim of these sexual hijinks would share at least the gist of these unsavory events with her Mother a sister or “friend”.

Question – Is there a confirmed example of a bona fide battered woman who kept the abuse completely secret – no police reports, no medical records, no neighbor, friend, work associate, or relative reports?

This kind of defense worked for Mary Winkler. She got off scot free for shooting her husband in the back.
