I have had migraines for over 20 years and "aspirin" does nothing for a migraine. However, most people who say they have migraines only have a bad headache. Migraines can be debilitating and usually you cannot function at all.

Hi everyone! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. Snow day here, I told my son that between 1:30 and 3 and then 4:30 and 6 and 6:20 to 7:30 I am completely off limits! Yeah, we will see how that works out! Looking forward to more cross of Searcy Sr.

If you believe she arrived at 4 a.m. I'm not sold on that one. I do believe, Travis thought she was long gone before the shower pics.

I think this was pretty well proven in court that she arrived at 4 am....unless you think she got there earlier. She told Flores when she arrived, that Travis was on his computer watching videos and they watched a few before going to sleep. This was verified by the history on Travis' computer. She wouldn't have known about the computer history at the time of the police interview unless she had been there.

I kind of had words w him last week in the elevator over this. He's in a business where they should WANT attention yet he chastises those who are giving this case attention because of his personal bias and burnout. Kiefer jumped the shark on his reporting skills with this article . Sad to say. Just don't trust what you read from him. It's just not factual!

You go Katie!! I have no doubt you will get to the bottom of this. MK has been a thorn in my side for a couple of weeks now. Maybe he needs a new assignment.

ITA. I've had migraines since the 5th grade & have been hospitalized for some severe ones. I see a neurologist and have tried many many medications. Imitrex is wonderful--too bad they didn't have it during all the years I was suffering!

Also, when she took the pill I did not notice any signs of distress--a migraine is severe pain and nausea--there would be no drawing, writing, whispering, etc. I look horrible when I have a migraine--pale skin, dark circles--really sick.

I thought it might have been imitrex too.. but all of the new age migraine meds (to my knowledge) are taken bucally (under the tongue or cheek to dissolve)...she wouldn't have washed it down with water, IMO, atleast I don't.

And if it was an aspirin then she is FOS... aspirin is as good as water for a true migraine. And if she is only having headaches, then she needs to sit in court and take it...when you kill someone you have the unfortunate side effect of having to tough out your tension headaches like the rest of the world had to do when we listened to her bs.

I just don't understand how or why Arias and the DT are getting away with all of these things they are doing...the unprofessional behavior, snippy remarks, rolling of eyes, playing with folders, drawing/writing anything, whispers like they are in 3rd grade, etc. etc. etc.

The judge needs to step up and finally take control over HER courtroom!

Ps not to be obsessing but this is the first I've heard about a birthday card JA passed to her mom and frankly find that suspicious. I was told in court from sources a lot closer that it was "papers" passed to Jodi's mom. Jodi almost never acknowledges her mother in any form in the courtroom so I gotta call BS on the birthday card issue but Kiefer reports it as fact. I'm following up on this today because if he's trying to put a minimizing positive spin on Jodi I got serious problems with that.

How about you sitting behind me last week talking out loud to another reporter about how "cute " you think Jennifer Wilmott is? Ya done gone and ticked me off now Son! . (Ice always wanted to use that "son" thing in a sentence).

To me it looks like she draws in court. Could be some more of that ArtbyArias, bleh.

I doubt Jodi had a key. One of the roommates said the doors were never locked... I believe it may have been on the Flores report.

I thought this ^^ too, but I have read on here dozens of times about how JA broke into the house thru the doggie door on several occasions.

I've seen it was answered, however to add, the news outlets were saying the medicine had been approved for her. I still find it shady to let her take it herself in open court. If she is passing notes to her mom, who knows if her mom isn't slipping her a xanax or something back through the mit specialist. She could say she took her migraine medicine, when in fact she could be taking something else.

I'm surprised that we haven't seen any changes in the courtroom after all of this such as security being present, folders,pencils and blank paper removed from Jodi's reach or a change in this mitigation rep. demeanor/attire/placement in the courtroom.

Wonder if Sheriff would mind packing dinner for Jodi so that trial could go longer than 4:30 everyday??

No prisoner on trial for her very life should be having direct access to prescription meducation in a cardboard folder. It's all some kinda weird shell game goin on and I for one am sickened a local reporter got sucked in to it.

Someone posted this Tawni Dilly YT vid last week ( sorry can't remember who!) but look at the 24 sec mark. Mitigation lady has papers hanging over rail while talking to Jodi's relatives and certainly looks like her mum( going by shirt she wore) is reaching for them.

Art by Arias embedded with any number of threatening messages to witnesses. Or directions to find a hidden gun or anything. Nothing should be passed esp with THIS defendant who's already passed surreptitious messages, without intense screening.

Medication would be administered to her by a deputy--just like her lunch.

I think that the "mitigation specialist" or whatever that inappropriate freakshow lady is (with her 2 ft earrings, low cut blouses, drinking from 2 beverages, chewing gum and rolling her eyes and smirking when Juan is up to bat) is the prime suspect if a pill was passed to Jodi.

I'm not saying Jodi has this, but there are migraines without pain. My daughter was diagnosed with silent migraines.

help me out here please.....since she is claiming self defense I do not understand the fact that (as she says) he did not threaten her life until after she claims she shot him and as she was getting away from him....wouldn't the threat on her life have to come first in a self defense case? like before the gun shot (so she says)? If you shoot someone, then get away then they threaten your life with the "f'n kill you b..." why not just leave?? This all makes no sense to me when claiming self defense.....someone please help me understand this....why does she keep insisting that he said "f'n kill you b....." AFTER she is getting away? am I making any sense??
