The odd posts I was refering to was deleeted from his Facebook several weeks ago.

I find it very odd that there seem to be NO info whatsoever wheter Stephanie has been found or not.
I have, now and then, checked some her familie FB's and also Stephanies own FB, but not a word about her or what happened? and no posts on her own FB since she was reported missing VERY odd IMO!

That is odd. The one I was referring to was posted on Feb. 7th. Just seemed like a weird thing to say. I would post it up here but not sure if that is against the rules.

Some of this is VERY worrying and mysterious information IMO!

Like, I do wonder who this "stranger" could be???

I also now better understand why FBI and profilers etc has been involved in the case.
It seems there is a chance that some additional person than Ashley herself is involved in her disappearence/suicide?

The bf appears to have befriended a Stephanie Wasilewski who has posted multiple times in the past few days? She appears, at least from outward appearance, to have been located and enjoying bejeweled and shark week. Thank goodness.

Good to know...so is it safe to say she is safe and sound then? I haven't really been keeping up with this one as much as I could of.

This is interesting, because I have researched this missing woman, Stevie Bates, due to she went missing from the NY Port Authority ( she was seen on video NY Port Authority) just like Maureen Brainard-Barnes.

At 1:31 into this video you can see Stevie Bates appear from the stairs with a waterbotle in her hand, her hair is bleached, she turn right but change her mind and walk toward the camera.

It was my intention to start a thread on this young womans case but I never got to do it.

Go to missing persons North America 2000. Look at the picture of Tracy Lynn Myers. Do you think she looks simular jane doe #6?
 
Looking at Carbuff & Redbird's awesome compilations of missing persons in the area, UIDs, & unsolved murders on LI on page one of this thread, it's clear to me there's also a serial killer in the area (or at least there was) targeting men- either male prostitutes or maybe just guys the killer can lure home or get to be alone with him. A few of the men appear to even have been found in their boxer shorts. The lists note that some of the men were strangled, which comes off to me as being the work of a sexual predator instead of a robbery gone wrong or something else.

There are also a lot of women's bodies (or body parts) that have been found in suitcases & bags. Someone (or some people) who use LI as their dumping grounds have a thing for dismemberment and in some cases, separately "packaging" the body parts. /shudder/

It's amazing to me that LE can't tie more of these together. I don't think they're all the work of one serial killer but it's clear to me there are probably a few SKs using LI to dump bodies.

Most of these victims must be escorts, drug addicts, etc....if this many middle class soccer moms were found dismembered in bags or suitcases or business execs were found dead in their boxers...I think there might be more of a fire lit under LE to get these murders solved & more public outcry. How terribly sad.

She looks somewhat similar except for the nose. Jane Doe #6's nose looks like it may have been broken or looks more "hooked" than Tracy's. It's hard to tell without having a side profile pic of Tracy.

Stevie Bates was seen on video at the Port Authority. They know what time she arrived in NYC. No one BOTHERED to check the video in the subway station to see which direction she went in. North or South. LE would rather pretend she vanished into thin air than go that extra step. LAZY.
 
Another Missing Woman - Dana Bonnano.

(from Journal News - Westchester)
Her mom last heard from her over two weeks ago, when she told her mother she thought she was being stalked. Dana Lauren Bonanno, missing from Greenpoint, Brooklyn on July 22. Last seen on Freeman Street in Brooklyn wearing a blue dress.

Three days before Dana Lauren Bonanno went missing, July 19, she had texted her mother asking her to call 911 without explanation. Donna O’Connor of Patterson, NY, said she texted her daughter back that Dana should call 911 if there was a problem.

On the night she disappeared, July 22, Bonanno had also told her mother she thought her two male roommates had been looking through her personal belongings and talking about her. That was shortly before 10 p.m. Just over an hour later, at 11:10 p.m., she sent her mother a text message saying “I’m scared.” That was the last O’Connor heard from her. Bonanno, 33, has lived with her two roommates for the past six months in an apartment in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn.

Bonnano was laid off from her job as a paralegal at A&E Networks in April. She was an aspiring music producer and part of a group of friends promoting music events throughout the city.

A friend, Michael Annunziata, who grew up in Putnam County with Bonanno said “She’s a really sweet, caring, wonderful girl. A heart of gold.” Friends have also taken to social media and posting missing person fliers throughout New York City to help police in the search.

Annunziata said he last saw Bonanno on July 21 at her loft apartment. He said Bonanno normally just went out on weekends and if there had been an event she planned to attend that Monday night, she would have told him about it. “I’m pretty upset,” said Annunziata.

“In my heart I know she is alive,” O’Connor said. “I cannot for the life of me imagine that no one heard or saw her that night. It’s a very active street. All we want is for people to please give information.”
 
Why is it two weeks before any news of this? AND, what the hell, if my child texted me to call 911...I would do it in a New York second...wouldn't wait even a minute. Sounds like there are some BIG issues there.

So, just like NJugo, Dana Bonnano thought she was being stalked.................
