I sure wish we knew the comparison of the juror's demeanor from yesterday and today....

Oh Nurmi she left a trail that never showed her in Arizona, she did exactly what your saying on purpose, she left the trail to show was never in Arizona.

Nurmi, Nurmi, Nurmi :shakinghead:

But if you pay with cash, you can't write it off as a business expense!

:scared:

This plan was in action. Yep! You heard it here folks! From her own lawyer. Who doesn't like her 9 out of 10 days. hehe

That is because he is as bored with Numi as the rest of us....

Actually, he's a lot better speaker than I thought he'd be, and I'm really into following his story. (Unfortunately for him and Jodi, the story is pure BS, but at least I'm not falling asleep.)

Doesn't Nurmi understand that she wasn't trying to hide the whole trip? Doesn't he understand that she was trying to conceal that she was Arizona?

Dear Nurmi,

When you buy gas with cash you are on VIDEO, VIDEO, VIDEO....

We went from covert mission, to journey, now back to covert operation.

OK...does Nurmi realize that from May 28th to June 2nd (when she left) is only 5 DAMN DAYS?!?!?!

He is acting like "the end of May" was a long time from the killing!!!!!

:floorlaugh:LOL, wonder how old JA feels hearing her own attorney saying her plan made no sense!:floorlaugh:

fran

She actually brightened and laughed and smiled. Because that statement WAS ALL ABOUT HER AND SHE KNEW THE CAMERAS WOULD BE ON HER. Disgusting.

Business purposes?? LOL ok, Jodi the CEO. Unless she was an escort. I've never heard of waitresses going on business trips, no offense to waitresses, but that just doesn't seem to involve travel.

This is a terrible closing. All over the place.

Everyone knew she was taking this road trip. But what does it have to do with her trip through Arizona and to Travis'. Nurmi's points are redundant.

Hey Nurmi. We already know JA's IQ score was 119 with perfect score on the verbal comprehension portion of the test. You are saying she's not bright. We agree. Not so hard to work out which parts of the IQ test she fails!

Verbal Intelligence

A good command over your vocabulary, can take you places. This power of comprehension and expression is a true measure of intelligence. Verbal abilities include reading, writing and communicating with words. The verbal component of IQ tests examines your vocabulary, your capacity to learn verbal material and your ability to employ verbal skills in logical reasoning and problem solving.

Mathematical Ability

In order to calculate your daily grocery bill, or sum your expenditures or savings, or to figure out the discounts offered, to estimate your income taxfor all of the above you require reasonable numerical ability. Numerical ability endeavors to find your familiarity with numbers and their behaviors. Mathematical intelligence generally represents your ability to reason and perform elementary arithmetic computations. It also helps you to understand geometric shapes and manipulate equations. It is a strong indicator of general intelligence because several require arithmetical operations even though numbers may not be involved.

This section of the IQ tests includes

Series problems
Fill in the missing numbers
Mathematical puzzles

Spatial Reasoning Skills

Spatial abilities are the perceptual and cognitive aptitudes that process spatial relations, in simpler words the visualization and orientation of objects in space. These assess your ability to manipulate 3D objects by tossing and rotating them. Spatial intelligence questions test your raw intelligence without the influence of prior study. On the prima facie, such questions may appear baffling but the trick is not to give up too quickly. Often a second look at the problem will reveal a different approach, and a solution will strike you, since the brain has been given the opportunity to process information further.

Visual/Perceptual Skills

Visual intelligence measures the ability to process visual material and derive information out of them. As a result people with a high visualization IQ find it easier to comprehend information and communicate it to others.

This section of the IQ tests includes

Stringing separate yet related pieces of information.
Picking out identical things from a collection.
Identifying the odd one out.

Classification Skills

Pattern Recognition Skills

Amongst all mental abilities this type of intelligence is said to have the highest correlation with the general intelligence factor. This is primarily because pattern recognition is the ability to see order in a chaotic environment; Patterns can be found in ideas, words, symbols and images and pattern recognition is a key ally of your potential in logical, verbal, numerical and spatial abilities.
