It's my understanding that it is the weight of the hits that take us down. Another reason is the moving around, page to page and refreshing. It puts a lot of weight on the site.

Members can help if they will refrain from a lot of refreshing of the page. Another way you can help is to set your 'View Per Page' to at least 50.

Top of the page in the blue bar, click on

> User CP
> Edit Options

Scroll down to Thread Display Options

> Number of Posts to Show Per Page
> Show 50

Scroll all the way down to

> Save Changes

Making the above changes will help considerably. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope we don't have any problems, but in the event, we do, please know we're on it and we're working at keeping the site up.

I have the seal too. I wonder if they are all expecting a verdict so they have just set everything up, just in case. They all know this is big. I would love to just see Jodi's face when she learns no one believes her. But I don't kow that unless the jurors tell us first. I hope it's today!

I don't read anything into the way they're dressed. If they convict her of Murder 1, they have to begin the penalty phase and are not allowed to speak to media and know this.

At this point I don't care if they all have thongs on, just find her guilty with the DP to come.

if they find first degree, how they're dressed means nothing. they can't talk to anybody until the penalty phase is over. i wish the commentators would stop speculating based on their clothes.

But the jury may not know that. Some of the jurors may not know the process if the Judge didn't instruct them of that fact.

Dang, I need to go downstairs to watch this on the big screen tv!

Just in case people didnt know how to do this. I found it real easy and neat to get my PC on my big screen.

If you have a laptop with an HDMI port and a TV with an HDMI input, you can connect an HDMI cable directly between the 2. Then just use the remote for your TV and select INPUT SOURCE to a selection that should show up as your "PC". That way you can have WS as well as Courtroom links on the big screen. And as soon as verdict comes in, you just use a courtroom link OR you can flip back using the remote INPUT SOURCE to flip back to your regular CABLE or TV INPUT to get regular TV back.

No MDlR is the mitigation specialist. Definetly not the victim's advocate. Maria de la Rosa is working for JA.

I don't know the name of the VA but she works closely with the Alexander family. KCL knows her I believe.

I had it on all day yesterday with the volume up. I forgot it was on until the loud test pattern came on at 7:30. My family looked at me as I leaped from the couch and ran to the kitchen to shut it off. "Jury is done for the day" I told the puzzled eyes on me when I came back to the living room. LOL

The shift since this letter is interesting. I believe that Maria is the DP mitigation specialist....I can't imagine what difficulty that JA had with her since they are now braiding each others hair and whispering and giggling like BFF's.

I also think its interesting that she placed so much faith in Nurmi, when he has looked as though he is BEYOND over this whole debacle for the past two months. JW would have actually been a better choice if "passion" for her cause was what she wanted.
