Regarding her name change, I can't believe there isn't more information in the court records as to what the "allegations" were that convinced the court to allow her to change her name.
The note found in her box stated "records" beside the Hollywood Police phone #.
Why else would she need records? Seems to me that these records would have been required by the court to confirm her allegations. Otherwise, just anyone could claim this or that, and get a legal, illegal name change.:waitasec:
I mean really, something's missing here. For one thing, how would she have records from Hollywood PD under the name of BST? Yet that was the name she used for her, what, false or legitimate allegations. And the name she was living under when she got her legal name change to LEK.
So would she not had to have had some kind of police records with allegations of some sort of abuse, under the name of BST ? Or is it possible that the court knows her real name and knew that she wasn't really BST? Could they have sealed that information?
This case is downright crazy and bizarre, nothing about it makes any sense. :banghead:
