This is so sad for boy and mum and dangerous but it also might be a start to a clue about criminally violent behavior and how some can't help themselves. Only a handful have been diagnosed and it was only discovered in the last few years.
Doctors have said that Max Blakely, four, acts irrationally and violently against his will because of a one-in-a-million chromosome defect that they identify as '2p16.3 microdeletion'.
