I get what you're saying, but criminals make some really stupid mistakes.

I think it's him. The tattoos on the man's arm seem to match up with CW's. Right arm has extensive tattoos all the way down; left arm only in shoulder area, which would be hidden by that length of shirt sleeve. I think the camera angle distorts him and makes him look a little thinner (including...

I don't know if someone has already posted this; probably, as I haven't been able to totally catch up with this thread! I heard this on tv this morning and here's an article regarding CW's mental issues and need for medication. Apparently he needs meds for his mental condition but now is...

GUILTY CA - Kayleigh Slusher, 3, beaten to death, Napa, 30 Jan 2014

Is that possible? I thought that either LE or CPS did a welfare check on Kayleigh just a couple of days before they found her body.

Hmmm...he looks like a skinhead in the arrest mug shot but the photo in the link shows him with a full head of hair.

I found her fb page but couldn't find the comments. I'm not too well-versed on fb --that's probably why I couldn't find them!

GUILTY CA - Kayleigh Slusher, 3, beaten to death, Napa, 30 Jan 2014

That guy is so creepy! Poor little Kayleigh,RIP...... They caught them at a BART station. I know I shouldn't say this, but BART police seem to have a lot of "accidents" with their guns lately (Oscar Grant, Det. Tom Smith) ....too bad there wasn't an accidental shooting in this case (taking...

GUILTY MO - Autumn Nash, 5 mos, beaten to death, Mountain View, 16 June 2013

This is so sickening. The poor little baby probably never knew a moment's peace, kind care, or real love in her short life. When is there going to be some kind of law for mandatory sterilization of people like this? That would be more effective than sending them to prison. Sorry if I sound like...

CA - Beaten, starved German shepherd dumped at Oakland shelter

Thanks, believe09. I am sure you are right. I have to believe you are right because I'll be too upset if I don't, but I think they must have evaluated her very well before having to make such a decision. I just wish someone would come forward and give LE some information! :please:

CA - Beaten, starved German shepherd dumped at Oakland shelter

Now I really feel sick, knowing that she did have a chance of surviving and recovering. I figured, if she could stand up then she wasn't beyond help....but I'm not a vet. I'm mad ! I wonder who made the decision? I saw that one picture/video of her lying on the floor and I wondered why she...

CA - Beaten, starved German shepherd dumped at Oakland shelter

I was really hoping they'd be able to save her--I was surprised to see that she was able to stand. Poor thing!!! It's just heartbreaking; she's a beautiful dog! I kept waking up at night trying to figure out how the vets could even give her pain meds if her kidneys were shutting down....i guess...

PA - Puppies Repeatedly Thrown From Pennsylvania Bridge

And will they actually have to pay the fines? What if they have no money? ....Besides, it's a slap on the hands, anyway. They need to be STOPPED! What sick SOB's.

You're right, popsicle. They don't euthanize for space or time--here's what the website says: "We will euthanize when an animal requires medical treatment that goes beyond our ability to humanely provide, or has a condition that puts other shelter animals or workers at risk."...
