A blast from the past, Armistead speaks.

    H. Ellis Armistead, hired in the first few days by the Ramsey criminal defense team of Haddon, Morgan and Foreman, remained as the primary private investigator for three and-a-half years until he abruptly, and unexpectedly, resigned on June 2, 2000. He was tight-lipped regarding an explanation...

Grand Juror, Jonathan Webb, speaks out... “In October 1999, grand jurors assigned to the case went back home, sworn to silence. The eight women and four men had convened regularly for 13 months. They heard from dozens of witnesses, considered 30,000 pieces of evidence. All with one question...

    Scott Roder’s drop reconstruction footage

This video was initially linked within Scott Roder’s report but the link was broken. It is now available below. (Special thanks to @Burma for sharing this.) The report notes, “It is clear from the evidence that Rebecca did NOT free fall from a height of 16 feet 1 inches while hung by the neck.”

Complaint with new information sent to Sheriff Gore from Mary Zahau-Loehner, Rebecca's sister

Thank you, Cynic for posting this complaint sent to Sheriff Gore from Rebecca's sister Mary. I was surprised at some things in this letter. At least it lays it all out for the Sheriff. (added by Tricia) (There is also an interview with Doug Loehner on Trica's podcast. Links below.) ANCHOR.FM...

OXYGEN TONIGHT THE REBECCA ZAHAU CASE

The re-creation done as part of “Death at the Mansion” serves to underscore that the SDSO should have done the very same thing. Instead, they chose to train someone how to self-bind and post the results. Had they done a re-creation, they would have seen that the dynamics of the fall do not mesh...

CA - Rebecca Zahau Wrongful Death Revisited 2019

I can't believe the clips involving the drop were not included in any of the episodes. Many people will likely never see them. It would also be interesting to know what conclusions could be drawn from the sensors on the neck of the dummy used in the testing. Visually alone, it's clear that...

OXYGEN TONIGHT THE REBECCA ZAHAU CASE

Today’s episode revealed that Adam failed in a spectacular fashion on some key questions during his polygraph examination. It’s obvious that the SDSO should have scheduled a second examination or, at the very least, taken note of the questions that he failed.
