Judge has now had two negative test results. Jury selection continues this afternoon. Jury should be seated in the next 24-48 hrs. I just attempted to join Webex (audio only) jury selection at 1:11pm EST and auto recording said meeting hadn't started

I remain in shock. After 4 yrs of following this case I would never have thought the state could get a DP verdict, especially after Jimmy's verdict. Not happy CWW got off easy but it was necessary to get a conviction for MS. Maybe an inmate w take care of CWW for us

Usually takes 15-18 yrs to complete all DP appeals and actually be put to death. Maybe some sick FL state of Fl corrections employee can schedule CWW release same day as MS execution

Marks lawyer just said he doesnt know if Mark will or will not testify in the morning. Defense said if Mark doesnt testify they will rest their defense and they will be instantly ready for closings. state and defense both equally said they will each need approx 2.5 hrs for closing

does anyone know if lady sitting in courtroom, Mark's stepmom, is she still on talking terms w Mark or considers him innocent? I so seldom check for updates on this forum, I sure hope the girls arent being updated daily on trial updates.

I just emailed w reporter in Lexington. He said because Timothy Madden has changed lawyers he doesn't feel the trial will remain on schedule for jury selection next week. Reporter also said the judge has not allowed a camera inside the courtroom thus far so doubtful trial will be streamed..(10...
