In watching the foreman on GMA this morning, I am truly shocked that he believed that Travis was mentally and verbally abusive.

I feel that another reason the DT keeps dragging this out is to put distance from Samantha's and Steven's victim impact statements.

I also found it quite odd that Nurmi bought up the sexual orientation of a witness. From ALV's testimony, she made it appear that she was straight w/children and wore a wedding ring. The jurors were probably going 'who is Nurmi talking about?'

On HLN After Dark tonight, JVM had a woman on her jury who said there were two Walmarts in Salinas. My first thought was 'oh no.' Then I found on Walmart's Corporate website that the second one didn't open until July 2010. I sure hope Nurmi doesn't try mislead the jury... and that JM already...
