I think she did, there's a short TV report made by her. LINK But the exact contents of her conversation with the Coroner might be different from what was posted online by someone claiming to be her sis. And even if she did tell her sis (if she has one) so, most likely she'll deny it when asked.

Not necessarily EL's watch, but could be of the same design. Sometimes couples or those who are closely related like to wear identical things. Someone was trying to make a connection between the OP and EL by pointing out the resemblance of their watches (or more accurately, the wristbands) ;)
