Arrest in Scotsburn and searches of several houses in the area

I’m leaning toward him house sitting in Mt Clear, trying to find the report of where the arrest occurred to try to link to a registered address I have located (but won’t share).
Is he in this pic? I’m lost!
I was thinking that the years he wasn’t at school he was likely at trade school (not uncommon to leave school around year 10 to commence a trade?)
Sorry, trying to find where I read it, too many tabs open, if I can’t find it I will edit my comment, but would imagine a trade of some sort seeing as he appeared in high-vis in court.
