The reason it’s not popular is because they have already explored that option. People just aren’t satisfied with the investigators saying he isn’t there, along with dogs not finding him.

There is no evidence Brian is dead either, so does that mean we lean toward him being alive? Not much regarding his disappearance is “well-established.” It’s all speculation. Based on your posts, I don’t think you will ever believe Brian left unless you dig up the area yourself. They searched...

I think it’s well established at this point that Brian was not the only person to leave without being seen. That was a statement made a while ago, along with that statement coming from the 2006 footage being blown up on a projection screen. I don’t have a ton of faith in that statement. And...

    ID - 4 University of Idaho Students Murdered - Moscow # 9

This is along the lines of what I think. I don’t think the roommates were involved in anyway, but maybe there was a target and the others were killed “on the way” so to speak.

    NV NV - Steven Koecher, 30, Henderson, 13 Dec 2009 - #22

Wouldn’t the more likely explanation be that Steven met his fate at the hands of either his landlord or the gentleman at the address considering they both have criminal pasts? And the realtor just so happened to be driving in that area? From what I have read, it seems like a no-brainer that...

Totally agreed. I’ve read a lot of conflicting information on Saleh. However, I wish someone could get the records to really see.

After some digging I am starting to question if many of these murders/disappearances are connected to a serial killer in the area. I’ve read some YouTube comments of an individual claiming Adam Saleh was framed in Julie Popovich’s murder and the real killer may have also been involved with...

    WA WA - D.B. Cooper Hijacking Mystery, 24 Nov 1971 - #4

I've never read anything that convinced me Richard McCoy was not D.B. Cooper. The first time I read about this case I assumed he did it. The "lack of eyewitness match" seems like garbage because he looks like the sketches, in my opinion. Then he commits another similar hijacking? As if the logic...

    NV NV - Steven Koecher, 30, Henderson, 13 Dec 2009 - #22

Given all the info that is out now, I think that is very unlikely. You have two men with a shady past and Steven was last seen near their address and was in contact with one of them. Not only were they not communicating with LE, but they were actively deflecting and misleading them. I haven't...

Clint sounds like a bad friend, but we don’t truly know how hard the police/investigators pursued him. He probably got spooked and did what any reasonably intelligent person would do; get a lawyer. I don’t view it as being that suspicious or weird at all. We will never know the true story...

I don’t think the engagement ring is relevant. It’s obvious Brian was not as invested in his girl as people would like to believe. Also, they were together for less than a year (I could be mistaken)? I don’t think this means anything really. He was flirting with women and from the sounds of it...

I hate to say this, but I have also reconsidered the possible involvement of Brian’s father and brother. I find it extremely odd that his brother fired the investigator and seemingly does not take any more calls about the case. If it were my brother I would never stop looking. Granted, maybe he...

Anything is possible but the fact I’m saying “anything is possible” is a perfect example of why he is likely dead, unfortunately. The amount of people that disappeared after a night of drinking at 2am to start a new life is probably 1 in a billion.

I think if Brian wanted to leave Clint and Meredith, he would have been able to do so 100x easier by simply telling them he was stepping outside to take a phone call, then leave. It seems as if many are creating scenarios that don't make a ton of sense. He could also have tossed his phone...

No matter how many times you say Brian put his phone in her purse, doesn’t make it necessarily true. Arrin Stoner made a video on it and even he thinks it’s very inconclusive.
