GUILTY KS - Jodi Sanderholm, 19, Arkansas City, 5 Jan 2007

IMO, he followed Jodi to her car and used a Taser on her, then drove to the remote location, where he killed her and dumped the car. That would explain why he called his father to pick him up. Jodi had no chance. Once she was in the car, the attack would hardly be noticed. The Taser needs to...

Can't prosecute Patsy anymore Whats Left?

GuruJosh, after reading posts that you have made to this forum, I can comfortably say that you are STONE COLD, no matter how your comments as noted above would lead us to believe. JonBenet was BEATEN, STRANGLED, HER BODY SEXUALLY MOLESTED AND MURDERED. We don't know if she was alive when...

Can't prosecute Patsy anymore Whats Left?

Det Arndt did try to call for backup. That was the problem...the radios were taken from the police, who were asked not to use them in case the "kidnappers" were listening in to the broadcasts. She tried getting backup by calling dispatch by telephone, several times, but no one responded.

Can't prosecute Patsy anymore Whats Left?

Hey, Det Arndt had now lost it, evident by her sudden panic in thinking that killer may be in the house. She clearly wasn't thinking when she touched JonBenet. Evidence was screwed up anyway, but she made it worse.

Can't prosecute Patsy anymore Whats Left?

Actually, it was probably 15 bullets. In any case, Det Arndt may actually have had an epiphany, a flash of realization that the killer may be right next to her. The subconcious is a powerful tool, especially for those who work on complex problems in their line of work, like policeman, muical...

Can't prosecute Patsy anymore Whats Left?

Recall that the detective noticed John's demeanor upon returning was quite the opposite from what it was before he had left the room. She also remarked that she felt threatened after John placed the body on the floor. This was a perfect example of a cop's intuition at work. Her subconcious...

Can't prosecute Patsy anymore Whats Left?

Arrest John Ramsey for murder, conspiracy to commit murder and abuse of a corpse. If what the Ramsey's have stated is true, and Burke was put to sleep upon their return home from the White's party between 0930 and 1000 PM, then there are no witnesses as to the whereabouts of the parents...

Questions about the ability of the Ramseys to maintain a lie.

If Patsy killed JonBenet, the mother is burning in hell as we speak.

blue hair ties/black outfit...does not match!

The medical examiner noted his surprise as he began removing the skin on JonBenet's head and saw the head injury. He exclaimed that he had no idea there even was a head injury.

    Was Patsy a movie buff?

According to Steve Thomas, there was a movie screen in the bedroom, that came down out of the ceiling at the flick of a switch. I know where this is goin:cool:

In a nutshell, what is Steve Thomas's theory?

I personally feel that someone (most likely Patsy) was carrying the flashlight while searching the home after being awakened by some noise downstairs. She discovered an act in progress and flew into a rage, striking her daughter with the flashlight. What transpired after that is anyone's guess.

In a nutshell, what is Steve Thomas's theory?

Dr. Ronald Wright, director of the forensic pathology department at the University of Miami School of Medicine was quoted as saying the following about the timeline in regards to the blow to the head and the strangulation. His opinion was that the blow came first, and did not cause her death...

    Final Thought on SBTC

You are right on, s_finch. I believe that there was a history of sexual abuse, and that Patsy had been aware of it. It's possible that she had confronted John Sr about it and she felt that it would never stop. The bible was her only safety net.
