They will not say that it is definitely Meranda, but they are checking dental records and it is known that she had a similar tatoo. So it more than likely is her. At least, the family will know now maybe.

I think the TN laws concerning grandparents' rights are very similar to NC. Grandparents have NO rights - but (O/T) I petitioned the court for emergency temporary custody of my grandson and was awarded custody after a three-day waiting period to allow the biological parents to appear in court...
