I cannot believe there is still nothing new in this case!
I have believed for a very long time that the prosecution simply does not have enough evidence to build a good case against DH.
If he is saying nothing at all, or perhaps saying he knows nothing about the deaths, possibly they really have...
I will be eternally grateful that we have a decent justice system in Australia.
Imagine living somewhere where people were judged guilty on flimsy evidence and uninformed public opinion.
Wouldn't that be awful?
The presumption of innocence is such a vital human right.
I am thankful for the...
If the analysis of the phone records was the information that the police claimed placed Holdom at the location at the time, I would have thought that same data would be provided to the lawyers months ago.
This is one strange case.
"lawyers are waiting on analysis of telephone and financial...
She may have set up the profile years ago but updated her location more recently.
People do that on Facebook so I expect it can be done on that site too.
However, in that photo she looks years younger and many kilos thinner, so I think it must be well before the accident.
It says on the pic that she is 33 so it is 2008, and I would think it was before the accident for several reasons.

Secondly, she wasn't single in the latter part of 2008 but in a relationship with...

Other possibilities are:
1. he is too scared to talk because he has been told to keep silent as there is some threat to people he cares about.
2. he knows there is no compelling evidence (this would be especially true if he is not guilty) and knows that the prosecution cannot possibly bring a...
I am also finding this really peculiar, Symbah.
Like you, I can only assume he is flatly refusing to speak to anyone about anything.
I mean, physically they can obviously "contact" him as he is in custody, so it must mean he is refusing to speak.
I find that intriguing on a psychological level...
If 7 News have it right, the case is due to return to court in March.
