IMO, it doesn't imply a cover up at the university...it's PROOF of a cover up. Typical of PSU administration. Gricar deciding not to prosecute really does bother me. A decision like that wasn't his usual style, especially with such overwhelming evidence. Makes me wonder what the almighy PSU...

As someone who lives here, I can tell you that the high and mighty Penn State will do anything and everything to cover up a scandal. The grad assistant SHOULD have reported what he say to the State Police (not University Police) rather than Paterno right from the get go. But, sadly, that's not...

Wow. All I can say is that if those comments were made by member's of the Sodder family, they must be the next generation great granchildren. This of course is my opinion based on the language used and the lack of respect and kindess that has always been shown to others by the Sodder members...
