Well get this- I just talked to Ken again- Lovrien DID have a jury trial for the murder of Griffin, and they unanimously convicted him in under 2 hours! They had lunch before they got the case, went out at 2pm, and had a verdict by 3:45. He's guilty of 2nd degree murder in the killing of Ken...

How is any of that "post-trial discovery"??? They knew of all of that stuff and tried that defense during the trial. The burglars did it defense. They jury didn't buy it.

Okay, well then if it was asphyxiation instead of poisoining, it's still murder, not a natural death or suicide. Chad was home at the time of her death, he wasn't eliminated as a suspect. And he has motive. So motive and opportunity right there.

Yes, I find it sickening that she would go to such lengths to harm herself just to falsely implicate people of a race/culture that she was biased against.

I think the pink foam coming out of her mouth IIRC, indicates that she was poisoned. No one is going to commit suicide by poisoning themselves.

We know that she's not a published author, and we know that she has an established history of lying.

Did you see the look of concern on the judge's face as he listened to that call? Like I can't believe what I'm hearing?

I sure hope that call is admitted into evidence. It should sink him.
