But the Mosler was the car JW says he put the money in, and the only one that was not towed (as far as I have seen reported). I think that's odd.

That is a definite possibility. I had trouble finding a registration for the red Audi convertible until I was finally able to track it down. Maryland DMV had spelled the last name "Saoppoulos", so if there is an error inputting anything, it is harder to find.

If the Mosler had a legal Florida plate, it would have to be titled in Florida, I am pretty sure. I do not think that one state will register a car titled in another. And to title a car in Florida, I'm pretty sure you have to give a Florida address. It could be a business with a Florida...

In post 884 in yesterday's thread #10, I posted that the last plate number for the Mosler was 3AM3708 (Maryland). In this video at 0:49, I can see the 3708 on the plate. The 2011 Maryland registration was still valid when this video was shot.

So why does the garage picture show a Florida plate?

Takes a notarized and sign statement by the owner in person to do that. Expired registration would be of no help. Homeland Security has caused DMVs to crack down significantly on ID requirements to transfer vehicles. This dog doesn't hunt. Good idea, though.

I don't think that you can do much of anything as far as selling a Mosler with just a registration. Most DMVs want a signed and notarized title to transfer ownership. An expired registration is of absolutely no use if you are pulled over.

Take a look at Google street view of the house, and look at the 32nd Street view (around the corner). The Audi has just pulled out of the driveway and is leaving, Of course, the license plate is blurred.

Its at least up to date through April. Not just anyone can access. I use it in my line of work. Would never post about any living person's registrations.
