Observations from the Video on TDB

It's my understanding that the living areas were kept unclutttered most of the time, and Patsy was not a fanatical housekeeper--all the more reason the bedwetting scenario doesn't make sense. The basement was relatively small....and only under the old part of the house which was since expanded...

    New Interview from Kolar

I'll buy the book, but I'm not impressed with what I've read so far. The only reason they had the original grand jury was because of the pressure on the governor after St. Thomas's resignation......and the DNA was and still is a major stumbling block. I hope he backs up his pineapple and...

    What does Kolar say about

It's possible the latch kept the door from swinging open. We don't know if the the perp turned lights on...or used a flashlight. I don't recall one way or another the police addressed lights in the basement when they first went down there. I don't recall anything about a barstool, but it wasn't...

In Case You Missed It. . .2012 is a Great Year for the Truth in the JBR case

I can't imagine who will be coming forward, and the impact on the case. Fleet White? It seems like anyone who had anything to say has already come forward.

I don't think a pothead committed the crime---they'd be too mellow. There was no snow in the back. The house could have been cased beforehand, and the broken window discovered. There was also a light out on that side of the house. Experienced burglars have the MO down.

??? It's unclear to me to what you are referring to.

In Case You Missed It. . .2012 is a Great Year for the Truth in the JBR case

Yes.....I think a drug addict explains the rambling note...the idea for the crime....the extortion techno movies...the stun gun....the kidnapping gone bad. Depends on the drug as far as clarity of the mind. I'd say coke or meth. I've heard there's a sense of omnipotence while on it and some...

    Dna

This is from a Denver news channel: Lacy explained that last summer, investigators became aware of a new method of DNA evidence collecting called "touch DNA" that would scrape places where there were no stains or other signs of DNA presence to see if genetic material could be collected. The...

The DNA is from a male, and it matches other DNA found in the waistband of her longjohns, and bloodspots.

You can see the half-moon scratch marks on her neck. Amazing how many think Steve Thomas was a genius, and Lou Smit a senile old man. Lou's specialty was reviewing the evidence with an open mind, and he obviously was successful in his career.

Instead of stealing two bit items that they couldn't get much money for, I think they came up with the kidnapping plan thinking the Ramseys would get scared by the note--and not call police...get the money and hand it over. A druggie fits in with the subculture in Boulder. There were plenty of...

In Case You Missed It. . .2012 is a Great Year for the Truth in the JBR case

As I've said before, the perp very likely could have been high on drugs while writing the note, and it cold have been typed beforehand...typed it's 2/3's of a page. The extortion movie lines, stun gun and bat---IMO, smacks of a younger perp---someone that was a amateur when it came to...

In Case You Missed It. . .2012 is a Great Year for the Truth in the JBR case

Face facts. There is no evidence a Ramsey was responsible for this type of brutal death of a beloved child. This was no accident and most likely the crime was what it appears to be. A kidnapping gone bad by amateurs--someone that may have known JR or may not have known him....and a police...
