What details makes you think it was not an accident? The two accused weren't even in the gym. The cameras don't show anyone else going in or out of the gym.

Poor little boy :-( Why was SO with TB if the grandmother was in close proximity? How long had it been since the father actually saw SO? If TB was sharing an apartment with a male -- where did DO live? I don't think TB was that smart. IMO the grandmother isn't telling the truth.

I wish with all my heart this boy would be found safe too but that outcome would defy a lot of common sense. Where I live a guy kidnapped his own child from the grandparents that had been raising him. He tied the boy up in trash bag and left him in the woods in the hopes that his ex-girlfriend...

I doubt it. I don't think Kyron Horman's SM thought about it ahead of time either. Sometimes a SM maybe just doesn't like a kid much and one day he/she puts her overthe edge and something bad happens. Really how many people think about k!!!ing a kid? I bet not very many

I don't get that at all. The neighbor with the video said Gannon got into the pickup and SM came back alone. It was morning and she was back around 2 - before the sister would have come home from school. Then SM lies about GS going to a friend's house. He left the house alive.

What reason then would she have had for taking him somewhere then lying about it by saying he went to a friends between 3 and 4? She obviously left him somewhere - but where and in what condition?

He could not have gone to visit a friend between 3-4 as she claimed. She failed to mention she took him somewhere at 10:15 and returned without him. She told one person he was home sick on Monday, she told another he had dr. appt.

The goal of CPS is keep the family intact but many times that is the worst thing for the child. Poor babies :-(
