    Cohen is a possible witness but I doubt he will testify because I don't believe the prosecution needs his testimony. Cohen has no reason to threaten the jury. The defendant is the one doing the threatening and bullying. Apparently, he doesn't care what the jury thinks of him. JMO...

    At this point, it is impossible to know when Beasley tipped off LE, but I think a Judge would want more evidence before signing a search warrant for the property. JMO

    Yes, prisons have psychopaths which is why there are such strict rules. Inmate communication is a privilege not a right. JMO

    BBM. I agree. I think Beasley did know--and wasn't happy about it---and after Cullum told him he was a suspect, Beasley went right to LE with the information about where Cullum's digging took place. JMO

    I think Beasley DID know what was going on because he didn't ask TC why LE would be suspicious of the dirt work.
