Hoping for anything negative for a dead woman is victim bashing, in my opinion. Its unfortunate. I think the Zahaus continue to have such class, even expressing forgiveness of the man they believe murdered their sister. Thats taking the high ground.
I keep hearing this was a murder staged to look like a suicide. I don’t think it looked like a suicide at all. It looked like a pretty obvious murder IMO.
What a wonderful day!!! I know I share so much joy and emotion seeing that the Zahaus have been given this victory!!! Much love to you all! https://www.google.com/amp/fox5sandiego.com/2018/04/04/jury-reaches-verdict-in-rebecca-zahau-wrong-death-case/amp/
You said Rebecca was hysterical. Thats the information I would like the link for. Thank you.
Revised to thank Elisaa444 for clarifying my question for me. You got it!
I agree with Mr. Greer that the crimes scene was wiped down. MOO
So was she trying to say sorry cause she felt bad or punish him? It can't be both. IMO
Here is another point I haven't heard in a while. If Rebecca committed suicide because she felt bad about what happened to Max, why would she do so in a way that would only cause a much greater harm to the people she was so sorry to? You can't have it both ways, IMO.
I agree with you on this, Mybelle. Unfortunately of the two deceased, it's only Rebecca's family that has not accepted what I consider to be severely botched investigations. It's unfortunate to the point of being hard to comprehend, IMO.
Well, I guess that depends on which one of the stories told by the people involved you chose to believe, since there have been numerous versions. How did the people involved feel about Rebecca? IIRC, some were so concerned about what happened that they went looking for her on the very night of...
I think the evidence of Adam was the writing on the door, the gloves on the floor, the knives on the floor, possibly the Dr. Pepper bottle, the two paint brushes with only one used. IMO

Defense attorney Daniel Webb asked Berman about reports that Zahau had been fondled by her school principal when she was young, and why that might put her at risk for suicide.
“Sexual abuse can be devastating to the abused,” Berman answered. “It produces a sense of...
I 100% agree with my fellow sleuthers that the defense is present. I also believe we have either family or close friends of the families here as we have since day one. MOO
