    ARREST!!! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 - #21

I agree that stabbing or strangulation is much likelier than murder by firearm. I apologise if my post wasn't very clear - "sonic boom" sounds like the kind of thing you would expect to hear upon a comet imploding into the surface of the earth :) All I meant was that many firearms are so...

    ARREST!!! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 - #21

It is unlikely that a firearm, even with a silencer attached, was used to commit the murder. Silencers will soften the sound of a firearm being discharged, but do little to reduce the noise created by the sonic boom caused when the bullet exits the barrel. Hollywood will have us believe that a...

I have just attempted to upload an image via my iPhone to the site and am getting the same prompt to enter a URL. It seems that the site is not iPhone compatible or to insert an image from a mobile phone you need to upload it to a photo hosting site first and then insert the URL as requested...

Oh, I agree. I don't think sleuthing this person is appropriate at all, especially given that if they were the one to discover ABC's body they have been through enough. I am simply interested in the fact that the comment has since been removed from the geocache site - hopefully not as a result...

Does anyone know how the fact that it was a false alarm was established? I would assume nothing unless I had spoken to the poster (on the geocache site) him/herself and heard it directly from them. Has anyone done this?

I completely agree. I was surprised to read that he had been contacted regarding his comment.

Not sure if this has been mentioned/noticed yet, but interestingly enough, the comment left by the geocacher that is believed to have found Allison has been removed from the original thread. http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?wp=GC2D7DC This was the comment where he mentioned...

Thanks very much to everyone for the exceedingly warm welcome :) Just some information regarding the discovery of Allison's body and the evidence that lead forensics/police to determine that Allison was deceased before her body was dumped. I apologise for the length of this post and doubly so...

Hi Everyone, This is my first post here but I have been watching and reading this case for a number of weeks now. Over that time, I have been really impressed by the time and effort that a number of members have and are devoting to trying to make sense of the motives behind this terrible...
