GUILTY UK - Louise Smith, 16, Havant, Hampshire, 8 May 2020 *Arrest*

I think he'd left when the police turned up, I think he was there while they placed the 111 call but left before they arrived, I don't remember them mentioning him being there.

God I know, how can you admit to so much horrific violence and then say you didn't kill her.

He kind of did implicate him though because when he was arrested he said something along the lines of 'i've been stitched up, i blame her boyfriend'.

If he'd kicked her in the head wouldn't his trainers have left imprints on her face / head? I wonder if he used a rock? I'm also guessing he must have had no top on at the time of the attack or i'd expect blood splatter / impact splatter on his top. I don't think he'd remove his top before...

Yeah that's what my first thought was, If the branch was thick enough, you could use it like a stake. I don't think he had a bladed artical like a knife for cutting.

I wonder if his fists were red or swollen afterwards? I would think if you hit someone with that much force, that many times, there would be obvious injuries to his knuckles?

Yeah that sounds sensible. I might be wrong, but I think they can remove the jury while they introduce evidence that was collected using highly covert policing techniques to protect their sources / methodology. I think this may include information sourced from a CHIS (covert human intelligence...

Yeah I agree, it does seem like CJ made a conserted effort to impose some boundaries. I think the pandemic and lockdown probably had a big impact also, the kind of services that might normally be available to offer support wouldn't have been in action. It may have been more difficult to see a...

I wonder if the whole wanting to call them mum and dad was a way for her to try and impose a more 'normalised' relationship between her and S. If he were put into a fatherly role he couldn't (shouldn't) flirt with her or make her feel uncomfortable. Maybe she wanted to make him act like a...

I wonder if he managed to get her to go with him to that area by saying he would give her some spending money, but he needed to go to his mum's house to get the money, saying she owed him £20 or something? I'm not convinced she went all that way with him to smoke some weed, they could have done...

Yes, she was reportedly taking anti-depressants, although you 'can' drink on many of them, there is an interaction and it would likely have caused her to feel more drowsy, drunk and possibly sick / headachey. I also think she was smoking weed while drinking, and they interact too, making you...
