I watched the Netflix documentary months ago and unless something comes up in the trail that wasn’t disclosed on the documentary (I’m aware there can be bias and misrepresentations in theses types of shows), I think Johns Hopkins and that awful doctor, Sally Smith (I think it was) should be held...
Though it’s been over 50 years, I feel like this case is solvable if the PA detectives put resources on it while they can still interview people from back then.
I don’t think he was worried about it at all. I think we’re going to find he already has an explanation for being there and for multiple trips there. It may even be that his earlier trips to that area had nothing to do with the murder victims, at least at first - it could be how he ‘found’ them...
Completely agree! But gets harder, if not impossible, to find 12 people that haven’t been exposed to and potentially influenced by what they’ve seen or heard outside the courtroom.
Even if they’re not there, it’ll come up at trial…I’m not a defense attorney but I would certainly focus on it, especially with all the attention on it in recent days and the nature of the crime. Enough to create reasonable doubt in light of other evidence? Who knows.

with all the attention given in the media about cuts and bruises on his hands/arms, I wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up being acquitted if there aren’t any.
