I haven't read thru all the threads, so please forgive me if this has already been addressed. Does anyone know if the FBI has been contacted? If not, I sincerely hope the family requests that they get involved.
I just read on THE DAILY MAIL, that another judge (from what I gather, in a civil suit) has denied the request to dismiss. It sure sounds to ME, as though something happened and these two are guilty as sin.
I have a feeling, that LE can't find any witnesses to proceed with a case. It seems far too bizarre that this so-called dr., had rape drugs and illegal guns in his home. I wonder if the women who made the accusations, are scared?
I personally think it was a strategy. This way, even by the slightest chance he were to win an appeal, he still is on the hook for the other charge. Pretty crafty.
I did. As soon as I discovered, that he was a double felon, ex-convict who had an outstanding warrant. And he kept taunting everyone (esp. LE), declaring that he "was definitely the *last* person who saw JM alive."
I agree. That poor family has re-lived this heinous act, over and over. They need to heal. I personally feel, that it would have much more impact to bring in CM's past victims. Some of the people he cheated and robbed/burglarized. Give the jury a pic of his character and how he's lived his life.
