In one of the articles/books I've read (I think it was "Without a Trace") it said that Durst purchased the saw, drop cloth and other stuff from Chalmer's Hardware four days before he dismembered Black. If true, how could it possibly NOT be considered to be deliberate or premeditated?

She comes across as (and I have no doubt she is) one tough broad. But if she knows Durst's secrets she better watch her back. He's no one to trifle with.

I don't recall reading the word 'abraded' and the injury wasn't on Trayvon's knuckle. It was below the joint. He could have gotten the tiny laceration from a paper cut for all we know. Zimmerman didn't need to use his hands. He had a gun.
