I would think that if you have worked in a high level position for a large airline for years then you have come in contact with someone or someone who knows someone who owns their own plane and who can get you out of the country if wanted/needed pretty easily.

Leaving it in a bad part of town with hopes of it being stolen would be much easier than trying to drive it into a lake.

The Perimeter area that they are referring to is a VERY busy area. Good place to leave a car. Public transportation there via Marta (trains/buses). Transportation to the airport.

I tend to agree. A lot of people wouldn't have even noticed that their spouse was 30 mins late. Or perhaps the husband is just a nervous person by nature - like I am. I would hope someone would ring the alarm bells early for me like his husband did for him.

So Alan went from the gym to the gas station and then his car was found at another spot. Does anyone know the distance between the gas station (last known location) and the place where his car was found? And what was the time span between the two. (Would be nice if we had a timeline.) Also...

So many things just seem odd about this. The gun obviously. Why would she go somewhere with a neighbor who she was concerned about? House was "locked up tight" yet a window was left open. The daughter came over on Mother's Day and she wasn't there. Why wouldn't that be a coordinated visit...

Someone commented in an earlier post that her purse was in a drawer in a nightstand (?). I have never done that. Sounds like she had some concerns. And who would put their purse in a nightstand drawer but leave their gun outside?

But if he were planning to kill himself why would he go to the gym first and stop for gas?

I believe now the last place he was seen was at the gas station? Does anyone have a timeline? And what about the address of the gym, gas station, and his office? Would love to plot them on a map for a visual.
