Tommy is named in the indictment, so we can assume he will get the same treatment once he lands in the US. I read in one of the other articles that he has had sentence reductions in Bali every year.
Heather got 26 years!!!! More than I thought she would. And NO credit for the time she spent in Bali. I think this is the best we could have wished for, considering the plea deal Healther made said she could withdraw her plea if the time she received was more than 28 year.
BTW-Stella's...

Defense is asking for 15 years, with credit for the 7 years she served in Bali. Prosecution is asking for 28 years, the maximum amount allowed under the plea deal.
I think attacking Sheila's character is all the defense has. It seems Sheila did drink a lot. But seriously, who cares? What does that have to do with her daughter murdering her. Heather was 18, pregnant, and could have left if it was because Sheila was such a bad mom. But it wasn't about...
"Mack was arrested on five occasions, was placed on one year of court supervision for battering her mother and was ordered hospitalized for psychiatric evaluation and treatment on at least three occasions."
These were the juvie records we couldn't see back when all this was being tried in...
Heather holding her hand on Sheila's mouth while Tommy beat and killed her is new info. The US justice department is not messing around with Heather. I think she will be locked up for a very long time. Poor Stella. She is 6 now. Has been shuffled around all over, both in Bali and the US...
I read this too. The only 2 relatives of Schaefer's that have been mentioned to date are his mom, Kia Walker, and his cousin, Robert Bibbs. Robert is now in prison for conspiracy to this murder.
Been getting notices on my Goggle Alerts. (I set it up way back in 2014). I was thinking, Bibbs may be getting close to being released. He was sentenced to 9 years, and has served 6 or 7 now...
Been meaning to get on here since I read the Sun Times article. Bless Diana Ellis! Getting Stella means dealing with Heather, who killed her best friend. The article quotes Ellis as saying she is financial secure, (lives in Beverly Hills), and doesn't need Stella's money. Seems like a much...
Heather Mack, convicted in Bali 'suitcase murder,' to be released Oct. 29 This lawyer doesn't think she will face any additional charges in the US. I guess we will see.
"Upon her release, Mack can, under Indonesian law, be reunited with her daughter, who is now 6.
But her Indonesian attorney, Yulius Benyamin Seran, had said earlier that Mack, who has not seen the girl for about 20 months because authorities halted prison visits during the coronavirus pandemic...
According to this story, TS did not apply for, therefore has not received, a sentence reduction.
"Schaefer, who is now 30 and serving an 18-year sentence for his part in the murder of Sheila von Wiese Mack, did not apply for a sentence reduction as he does not believe he deserves leniency –...
I don't remember it ever being published how any money is being used for Stella, just that Stella is the beneficiary. I bet Sheila's bro made sure HM can't get her grubby hands on it. However, I don't know if he has anything to do with it at this time.
Tommy's mother, Kia Walker, tried to...
