Is there a legitimate listing of exactly what debts are forgiven through this bankruptcy?
 
She should be made to pay all debt's and then some for what she did to her daughter!!!

It’s another Gossip Extra exclusive: Anthony‘s lawyers lost an attempt to block Anthony’s deposition last month, and Anthony’s day-long grilling, under oath, took place Dec. 6 near Orlando.

“The lawyers on both sides agreed to keep it all very quiet,” said one source familiar with the civil case filed in an Orange County court. “Nobody wanted to make this another media circus like her (Anthony) appearance in bankruptcy court (earlier this year) in Tampa. The judge was in on it, too, and decided to not enter anything about a deposition in the docket.”

i seen this new about debt forgived....are you KIDDING ME???????? why and how does the teflon princess keep skating by??? watcher9 gives me a small consolation, her IRS is not discharged. if they discharge zenida and roys suits, then im done, its things like this that make me start to doubt karma's existence :( i will leave it at that before i get a TO

I would not be so sure of that. Karma WILL eventually catch up to her in whatever form it may be.
 
I do not have children,but I have 2 nieces .and a nephew,all between the ages of 1 and 5 .We just spent the afternoon decorating a gingerbread house.I tried to picture,in my mind,how their mother would react ,were any one of these kids were to go missing.And it still boggles my mind that the Pinellas 12 could not see the truth! It's just so damn obvious what happened here!And I too,have just had to accept that some people are just lucky enough to get away with murder.
 
The list is long, of people who can never send her a bill and collect, because she did list them as Creditors in her bankruptcy filing, and their fees have been DISCHARGED.

However, she left a lot of people OFF of her Creditor list, as possibly owing them money -- it would be hilarious if they ALL tried to collect money from her, for their services, after her bankruptcy is closed!
They are NOT included in the bankruptcy DISCHARGE because she did not list them as Creditors.

Just curious .. does anyone remember who the defense witness was at trial who mentioned on the stand that he hadn't been paid yet, and baez said his check was in the mail? My guess is his name is on this list!
 
Its beyond understanding why the same cast of attys continue to support and bankroll her. Not one of them can still be hoping the big bucks will roll in if they hang in there.

If she had to fend for herself she would sink like a stone. The good news is that she is still very young and at some point she WILL be forced to go it alone. I look forward to reading about what happens after that day.

I don't remember his name, but IIRC, Baez had received the money from the State to pay him. I wonder how many others that ThinkTank listed above was paid for by the State. Anyone know?

I do believe that, just like Al Capone, Casey Marie Anthony will eventually end up in the hoosgow thanks to our buddies at the Infernal Revenue Service. Either that, or it will be check fraud or something. Listen, eventually these misguided folks are gonna get sick of carrying this chick, right? When the money trail derails, she'll have to resort to what she does best (besides lie)....steal/rip off/cheat.

Why would he start paying his debts now? He has had many suits filed against him for non payment of bills - he only paid child support for his ONLY child when forced to by the courts, and his home is in foreclosure..

During cross examination, defense attorney Jose Baez tried to poke holes in Haskell's testimony, asking him how much he was getting paid to testify.
But that was quickly turned around.
"By the way, Mr. Baez I haven't collected on that yet," Haskell said.
"You haven't billed for that yet," Baez said.
"I have sent the bill for that," Haskell replied.
"Checks in the mail," Baez said with a chuckle.
"I'm hoping I don't have to wait until next Christmas," Haskell said.
Haskell testified he is paid $400 an hour for testifying, $150 an hour for traveling and $200 an hour for case work.
