GUILTY PA - Alishia Eller, 24, found dead, Berks County, 19 April 2014

2 long weeks since Alishia Eller has been found dead in a rural, isolated area in Berks County PA. This is one of those cases where we are reminded of the horribly, lengthy tox screen analysis procedure. Let's pray that if her death is ruled a homicide and the PA State Police have a person(s) of interest that he/she have been under heavy surveillance. The thought of leaving a possible killer free on the streets this long is disturbing. Many flaws in the justice system..

Troopers are trying to piece together how and why Eller's body ended up in an excavation storage site in secluded Bethel Township. Police identify woman whose body was found in Berks "It's a very isolated area, very rural. In general speaking, there wouldn't be people walking around or parking their vehicle there," said State Police spokesman David Boehm.

A beautiful drawing of mourning doves, from an old book, 'Wild Birds of Pennsylvania.'

So sorry Alishia was lost so soon.

Accidental overdose!
So sad to read this. Pissed off, too.
I don't believe she drove herself to an excavation site to shoot heroin and died there, ALONE.

Horrible.

READING, PA
A former Womelsdorf man admitted in court that he abandoned the body of a female friend at a Bethel Township storage site after she overdosed on heroin in his van.

Charles J. Albert III, 51, now of Pittsburgh, pleaded guilty Monday before Judge M. Theresa Johnson to abuse of a corpse.

Snip

In court, Albert told Johnson he was sorry for his actions that day, but admitted he had also been using heroin and freaked out when Eller became unresponsive.

Johnson sentenced Albert to the maximum penalty of one to two years in state prison, granting him credit for 117 days spent in prison.
