This may have already been mentioned and there is an active missing persons thread but perhaps Bonnie Santiago, 56, vanished from Carter Mountain on 7-12-2014 should be added to the timeline. Thank you for the very helpful list!!

If my memory is correct, it has been stated that JLM is 32, which would have made his birth year 1982, which mean that in 1997, when your first victim is listed, he would have had a drivers permit (assuming 15yo was the legal age for permit in VA at that time. )

May not of been too young to of been a possible victim of JM however. Authorities believed she could have been as old as six years older than the age she gave them. She was supposed to of had taken a taxi to a doctor appointment. Don’t think JM worked as a taxi driver at the time though.

I am wondering if he started using the name LJ Matthew so that he could switch colleges without them knowing who he was. I am sure the NCAA doesn't just allow an athlete to switch to a new school and play football in back to back years. I think he basically changed his name.... So it's a possible felony, and both Cville & Va state police have asked that it not be disclosed so as not to interfere with their investigation.

It's got to be some sort of sexual assault, possibly abduction, no? They all but come out and state it without saying it, you know?

But if Liberty was forthcoming, as was the info about Morgan, why is this one different??

Now I'm really curious.

Anyone tracked down their 2003 Clery Act annual safety report? I can only find their current year at the moment.

The trail is littered with victims.

It would be so easy for him to break the inside door release in his cab, blame a customer, and leave anyone getting in at his mercy to get out. We will find out he was drawn to driving a taxi because it put him in contact with victims.

She is from Galveston and lives close to the beach where they found him and my friend knows her. She definitely was scared and doesn't want her name out there and I don't blame her but thank her for being brave and calling and acting on instinct.

Anyone tracked down their 2003 Clery Act annual safety report? I can only find their current year at the moment.

I think they didn't expect to have the liberty thing dug up some they hadn't told them to refuse to give information based on the loophole. Once the liberty think came out they must have immediately gone to CNU to tell them to hush. It's likely something relevant, but who knows what. I heard it was a felony but he was never arrested or charged.

I am wondering if he started using the name LJ Matthew so that he could switch colleges without them knowing who he was. I am sure the NCAA doesn't just allow an athlete to switch to a new school and play football in back to back years. I think he basically changed his name.... I wonder if that was found out and his reason for leaving .. Maybe even the reason for the "possible felony charge" ?

Thanks, but what I was getting at is that his official name(on the roster) at Liberty was Jesse yet at CNU it was LJ. I just don't see how one could get kicked off a team and out of a school and yet end up on another college varsity team the following year. NCAA has strict eligibility rules.

Yes, it is weird. I guess he would have had to start all over again as a Freshman, using only his high school records? I don't know how any scholarship could have applied at CNU, though. Hope we find the answers (and many more...).
