8 years suspended? This is still talking about the previous case is it? Im confused because the camera quickly went to her parents

judge now onto another case, man who shot his wife as she came out of bathroom and startled him. Accused cut a deal with prosecutors. Culpable homicide.

he got 8 years, wholly suspended.

The accused in another case pleaded guilty. The NPA accepted a plea of guilty to CH. They agreed to the following sentence:

A just sentence shall be 8 years imprisonment, wholly suspended for 5 years on conditions.
 
I missed the Maringa first name so can't find that one.
 
J: defense argued that case had striking sim to present case. I disagree.
 
Strike that, "suspended sentence not appropriate in my view"!
 
And oh oh oh she will have him stand when sentenced right?
 
These precedents are really important at law in determining sentence so that's why she is going through them.
