Why is this child still in June's custody? If this were a non-tv family, then charges would have been leveled and the child would have been removed. I don't understand why some morbidly obese, pedophile loving 'mother' is allowed leeway. If she can not be trusted to 'put the fork down' and control her own weight issues, OR receive proper medical care for any medical issue she may have that causes her morbid obesity, how can the care of an obese child be entrusted to her?

I don't know if them being on another tv show again is a good idea. I also don't know why Alana still living with her mother June after the molester/dating thing blew up and ended the other show.
