The latest on the #philipchism trial by my @bostonherald colleague:

Two potential jurors in the Philip Chism murder trial talked about the case to others in the jury pool, potentially tainting those who will decide the alleged killer’s fate, authorities said this morning.

The Essex County District Attorney is reviewing whether Juror 39, a Danvers man who spoke about the case, violated the law and should face charges. All but one of the people who he talked to have been dismissed.

A female potential juror also spoke about the case, which led to the dismissal of one member of the jury pool.

Because he is charged as a youthful offender in the rape and robbery - according to the above link;
