Xymogen

I see many calendar references to xymogen, with dollar amounts next to the word xymogen.

Does anyone know if the dollar amounts represent money coming in to the practice from xymogen? Or if those dollar amounts are money owed by the practice to xymogen?

And waaaay back when this case started, whoever said "follow the money" is exactly on target.

ETA: Immediately after posting this, I read two more calendar entries and one said "pay xymogen" so I guess I answered my own question.

They kept a supply of certain Xymogen products in stock and on their shelves so I'd guess that's why they had to pay a bill. Sometimes I would pick up supplements while I was there at the office but most of the time I ordered online direct. I figured they'd get credit/commission from Xymogen from direct sales since one would have to use their login code in order to set up an account with Xymogen.

Thanks for this info. So I guess I can't really determine if those dollar amounts listed were moneys coming in or going out.

We know that text messages can easily be retrieved from the cellular providers as is evidenced by this doc dump. Unless his calendar was web-based I wonder if his diary/calendar entries came from the computers he threw in the dumpster on the morning of the funeral services. Months ago, some of us speculated that perhaps he was doing illegal drug deals at night and that was why he could have dumped the computers. Perhaps he did that because he was trying to hide evidence since at about that time the heat on him and his buddies was starting to build. Also, that was just about that time when the crime scene tapes were put back on the house.

It's just a thought that crossed my mind. Maybe this has already been discussed or perhaps even common knowledge but as much as I try to keep up with things, I may have missed this somewhere along the line.

I was going to mass quote but to save space: count me in to help with helping. We have fancy software at work so LMK which sets to do and I'll jump in! I was going to print, organize, scan and upload but I think one of our various software programs will allow me to save paper. I have a "specialist" meeting me at my desk at 9:00 est tomorrow! :)

Freaking Awesome if you can do that!
I'd been working in Acrobat > Create Forms > Export and just got cranky. That works in so many cases (non-WS) for me, but this is the first I've tried here. It didn't want to recognize most of the text on the various pages from various files I tried. I think it's just too fuzzy to be recognized in a lot of cases. I'm disappointed, but not thwarted. I have more methods to try, I consider it a challenge to make it work - like a game or puzzle. I took a long break and was over in Missy Bevers forums catching up there while de-stressing.

I'm so excited that you'll have access to a specialist and I'd love to know how they get it done (if I'm not being too bold) I just love learning something new that would help me in the future.

I do with these files would be offered in a digital format rather than paper and you who do this for us having to prep, scan, prepare, upload, repeat. Frustrating for you, too!

Bates 37141 - date 6/23/2015 Incoming call at 2: 42 PM from "Moran Wideman, Kathy & Ed" Length: 6 minutes 13 seconds FaceTime

Would this possibly be Angela Wright's cellphone that her parents provided for her?
I think you're spot on AlwaysShocked! Good find!

Sorry I didn't note the bates, but in reference to the possibility of tracking Teresa's cycle for fertility planning, I remember MS referenced his having had a vasectomy in one of his texts to the realtor.

HOw in the heck does a vasectomy even come up in a professional relationship of realtor and client? It doesn't. It only comes up during the grooming phase of a sexual predator/opportunist/manipulator and his victim.

Oh Dear God, I am currently torn between just puking or wanting a shower. All so casual, la-de-da,,, intermingling of talk of their own children and hooking up..

Call me sheltered, call me a spoiled Catholic girl,, but I will no longer be able to leave my house without scanning people's faces,, wondering if they are a perv.:gaah:

I had to take a break. Ugh to the enth degree. Suffice to say, I find MS beyond repugnant & I truly have to wonder what those two young girls have either witnessed, overheard, or how about good old kid's play,, like reading daddy's text.

This guy was so pervertedly sexually charged, that it had to spill over into the girl's psyches... i.e. 'Daddy issues'.

Twisted creep imho, & for the Love of Mike, get a job already!

What's super extra gross to me is that there are times when one of the girls uses MS's phone to text TS. I don't have bates numbers but there was at least one instance of texting her on MS's phone and TS responds. All the kid had to do was scroll up and see all of that.

What the fudge?

I agree,, there is no way two smart girls would not 'explore' daddy's cell phone. . and he was so clearly tied to his phone 24/7,,

what are the chances that when one of the girls was using daddy's phone, that a random 'pig squad' text or IMAGE could come across the screen?

To each his/her own (behind closed doors), but it is soo damx alarming how he basically slithered around doing this shiz,, all the while playing the 'stay at home daddy'.

It is just sooo many levels of creepy/twisted.

I was lurking but I registered to say I had some success extracting the text from the PDFs using a free online PDF to Text tool. This one. (You have to be careful which free online converters you use because if they want you to download, install software don't use it!)

Anyway, that one did the job reasonably well and the resulting text file while somewhat garbled still has most of the info. If you're only going to cut and paste the important SMS messages into an excel sheet, it might save a LOT of typing. The resulting text file is large and none of the line breaks carry over into Notepad. But it can be opened in OpenOffice (check both CR and LF so both linefeed and carriage return breaks are read). Or Notepad++ handles it really well too.

Sorry, I was trying to be delicate by referring to her as "the realtor" as opposed to her name ... the realtor is the friend with benefits that he texts like crazy with. It sounded from her texts with him that she was studying for her real estate license.

Does anyone know what the plans were for the future of Dr. Sievers practice? There was a lot of talk of trying to unload their medical office unit, just wondering if she was planning of going to work for a group practice in attempts to become more financially stable. She seemed very stressed about budgets in the last few months.

Oh, you are SO kind! Thank you for sharing that info - thank you so much for registering just to help :happydance: I'm delighted to explore this and I'll let you know how it goes :) I'm getting used to working with large chunks of information that don't import the formatting, so this sounds great!

Really, I'm so appreciative :D

I am convinced the overall collection of evidence and circumstances point to MS's guilt; however, I feel this batch of calender entries and text messages do not contain incriminating evidence. Instead, I think the batch shows a picture of a marriage disintegrating. I try to approach the content from multiple perspectives, and these are my thoughts:

1) I think (from a text in which MS which implied TS liked the descriptions of their sex life but didn't want as numerous entries) that the detailed sex descriptions and flirty exchanges reveals a couple trying to "rekindle" a passionate sex life together. The mention of the 7 day challenge reinforces this idea for me. Also, TS actively participated in these exchanges at times. TS also makes a comment at one point how their sex life is part of her "healing." I think this is private stuff. I do not want to judge either MS or TS based on their sex life, fantasies, etc. That is private.

2) I have a very dear friend who is loving and beyond generous, yet she spoke to her ex husband the way TS does in many of her texts---terse, angry, frustrated... These texts reveal to me a woman who was "over it." When TS mistakenly thought she was texting a friend, she was sweet and kind. I think this collection of texts show her kindness and affection for MS was eroded.

3) MS reminded me of someone I know who is very possessive of his wife. MS speaks sweet words and--in TS's own words--is "smothering." He seems to have a need to always know what TS is doing/thinking. I might be unusual in this, but I hardly ever text my husband. The sheer number of texts point to someone who is compelled to be involved in every part of his spouse's daily life. I think of the texts in which MS is talking to her about where her car is parked, asking to be involved in conversation s about her business, showing up for her video recordings---essentially living vicariously through TS's daily life.

3) Gradually, TS's texts began to sound like she was communicating with someone whom she employed instead of a spouse---grocery lists, food orders, instructions for clothing items to bring (from underwear to sunglasses)....What these exchanges tell me is that the nature of their relationship was changing.

I feel so badly for all who love members of this family. What a heartbreaking event. So many marriages fall apart.....it is heartbreaking that this one ended in murder instead of divorce. So very sad.....

No apologies necessary! :D I knew who you were talking about (I haven't read alllll the texts yet, though) and thought I could see a progression from "just a friend" to "gee, shucks, sorry I sent you that text by mistake" "you deserve love/whatever" and I consider it part of grooming even though she's an adult. . I didn't realize she wasn't a RE agent the entire time, though.

What I didn't know is that she wasn't an agent at the time - I really need to actually read these. LOL, I can transcribe entire files and even though I'm accurate while doing it, I have almost no recollection of any of the detail. :dunno:

Question for any lawyers who need this kind of information for their own trials -

Trial exhibits or even just information put together for their own use in trial preparation, do you get the information in the same formats as we do?

what is the process used pulling together and organizing it like we're trying to do here? Do you have special software that does this or do you hire people to retype into the formats you require?

I think I'll go research a bit and see if I can find real life examples of what I think I mean, but hopefully you can understand what I'm trying to say before having my first cup of coffee today. :/

Every case differs as far as what formats you get and what you can get if you push for it. I honestly find the process of having to look at and think about each and every page of evidence more helpful than being able to easily export and organize it. So I prefer to organize things myself.

Feeling like a voyeur after reading these docs, I can't help but wonder if TS actually knew the whole shocking truth about MS, if she would have left him a long time ago. I also wonder if MS purposely created the strapped financial status to ensure that TS would not divorce him as she couldn't afford to.

Has anyone seen any financial disclosures where there was an equity line for the practice from a bank? Or their house was collateral for any loans for the practice? If there was equity, and they had a financial advisor, why didn't MS look into taking out a loan to pay the IRS debt or any other debt they had?

Noting the late hours TS worked and her frenetic schedule, I can't imagine she had time to look at the monthly expense reports on a regular basis. It seems as though she relied on MS for that. What a slap in the face that he used her hard earned money to pursue other women. IMOO
