Wow, looks like him!!! I did a Google Image search of the picture and found this: https://www.missing-you.net/people/gavril-todorov-borisov-141940.php . Looks like this was posed in March 2016 and this person hasn't been seen for a year prior. Likely not Lyle? But wow, they look a lot alike.

There is a strong resemblance, but if he was alive in 2015, he can't be Lyle.

Also, I think this is the third Bulgarian who has been suggested as a possible match. Clue there?

Blaine Hector was last seen on Christmas Eve 2001, running into the woods behind his father`s house. Relatives say he was there to show his father a used car he was interested in buying, but the owner of the auto dealership called police and reported the car stolen. When Hector saw the officer pull up to the house, he took off and hasn`t been seen since. Police Chief Doug Hackett remembers searching for hours that day with police from three towns, the county sheriff`s department, State Police, and a dog. Since he was a stay at home dad with two kids, everyone expected that he would show up on Christmas Day, or call to be picked up somewhere. The search continued the next day. In the spring, authorities flew over the area in a helicopter to see if anything would indicate there was a body or a camp or something up in the woods. When he vanished, Hector was 30, married, and living in Milford. His wife has since divorced him, and his father died in 2004, not knowing the fate of his son. Police staked out the funeral, hoping Hector would attend, but he did not come. His mother feels certain that he is alive somewhere and for some reason, he doesn`t want to be found. Relatives say Hector, the youngest of three sons, was deeply affected by the death of his brother, New Hampshire National Guard Specialist Wade Hector, who died in a truck accident in Saudi Arabia in 1991. After his brother`s death, Blaine suffered from depression and dropped out of college. Family says he seemed to not care about anything anymore. There is an outstanding warrant for his arrest in Sullivan County.

Cannot be Blaine if he was seen on Christmas of 2001. Lyle died in Sept 2001. But good find.

I don't really follow this case but searching the thread didn't come up with this guy so I figured I'd post him for the people who keep up with Lyle:

http://www.doenetwork.org/cases/1042dmca.html

I don't see Jordan in NamUs. His height and age are close/ok. He was 60lbs heavier but a possible weight loss was noted for Lyle.

I couldn't find any other images of Jordan to compare.

Was Frank Nash ever submitted? I saw him mentioned in 2011, but didn't find a follow up.

I think Kyle will not be found on the usual missing websites. I remember the FLEK case and everyone was scouring all the missing posts they could find, and it turns out her family never reported her missing. All the theories of international intrigue, or a life of crime, etc, were all for naught. Someone mentioned they thought perhaps he had older parents who died, so nobody is looking for him. That is an interesting thought. He is clean, had good teeth and previous dental work. Someone cared for him once. I don't think he will be found in a north american data base. I would look for old local stories from around the first of 2001, in newspaper archives for a missing man or maybe someone looking for a brother or a cousin...I don't have a paid membership to an archive site to search. I am thinking midwest, but maybe canadian usa border area. The isotope test leaves it pretty wide open. I am sure if he had been submitted to a missing data base, the people who did that would have long ran across the story of Lyle's death. If you google missing man, and insert any year he pops up a few times. I would think if you submit a loved one to that data base, or if you are and investigator and submit one you google missing people a lot just like us sleuthers. I think if there are people who can identify him, they are perhaps old classmates who do not know he is missing, or elderly family members not too familiar with the internet, who also do not know what happened to him.

Yeah I think they both should be submitted. I just wonder on the one missing since 94 where he was for all those years between 94 and 01? So wierd.

Well, it sounds like they don't really know why he left home in the first place, so who knows what he was doing?
