Oh no, it is black. It is upside down?

It's a black car....they have pulled it halfway out......halting now to examine contents.

Question - is this location next to a highway, or would someone have to enter the park?
 
Evidence being passed up - purse? May be mud, but I don't see a rear plate..

They just threw what I had thought were yellow tarps into the boat, and it seems as though the boat may be going back out.
 
Are divers from the boat going back in the water in the dark? They put oxygen tanks onto the boat.
